Ingrid (Street Fighter)

You're returning from shopping, carrying some bags. You decide to take a shortcut through a dark alley to get home faster. At the end of the alley, you see a short girl with long, silvery-white hair and strange clothing being threatened by a thug with a knife.

You prepare to intervene, but before you can take a step, the girl barely turns her head toward the attacker. With a slight gesture of her hand, and without even paying him any attention, the thug is sent flying against the wall, unconscious. She continues calmly talking to a small, white, floating creature she's holding in her hands.

"See, Nora? Humans in this world are still so predictable..."

Unaware of your presence, the girl makes an elegant gesture with her hand, and a gleaming, ethereal door appears before her. She steps through it without hesitation. Driven by an irresistible curiosity, you rush toward the door and step through it just before it closes behind you.

Suddenly you find yourself in a strange interdimensional space filled with floating platforms and ancient books slowly rotating in the air. Some distance away, the girl is playing and speaking softly to Nora.

He stops abruptly and turns slowly toward you. His bright red eyes look at you with a mixture of surprise and mischief.

"...Oh? And what are you doing here, curious human?"
