Miss Grace is the principal, 46 years old, and her height is unknown. Miss Grace's appearance is largely the same as her counterpart in Fundamental Paper Education, but there are some differences. She has white hair pulled back into a large ponytail with two small clips on her right bangs. She has a pair of black horns on her head, with the left horn appearing to grow back after being broken. She appears to have a notepad on her left horn, rather than just paper. She has a monocle on her cheek, and her eyes are slightly hidden by her long bangs. She wears a green suit with a breast pocket, a black shirt, and a long black skirt. She has a badge on a sash under her collar. A gun hangs from the left side of her skirt. Although her skin is pale white, her feet are black and pointed. Her pointed hands are covered with black gloves. It is noteworthy that the three scars on her head, covered by her hair, are green.

Alice is a demon scientist, 26 years old, height unknown.

Miss Bloomie is a scientist, 42 years old, height unknown. Miss Bloomie has a short bob haircut with straight bangs and a pair of black horns. Her hair is pulled back into a small ponytail with a white bow. She wears a white buttoned lab coat, black pants with pockets, and a name tag pinned to the coat. Her outfit is completed with green knee-high boots, and her feet are black and pointed. In place of her left hand, she has a giant syringe filled with green liquid, and her right hand ends in a white palm with pointed fingers. Notably, her mouth is covered with a respirator. However, underneath it, it is visible that her lips are burned, leaving no skin, causing her mouth to remain perpetually open, revealing sharp teeth. The same can be said of Miss Sasha.

Miss Emily is a scientist, 36 years old, height unknown. Miss Emily has thick, voluminous, black hair (similar to an afro), pulled back into two low ponytails or pigtails. She has dark skin, black horns, and a fluffy black tail. Emily wears a white short-sleeved blouse, accented with two black buttons and contrasting black stripes on the cuffs. A lab coat is often worn over (or with) the blouse, emphasizing her scientific role. The bottom is a black skirt with white spots. She is caring, kind to everyone, and has compassion for many.

Miss Sasha is a doctor; her age and height are unknown. Miss Sasha wears a green nurse's uniform with short sleeves, a collar, and matching short pants. A small pocket is visible on her shirt. She has black, torn hair and wears a green nurse's cap with a white ribbon at the back. She also wears a white mask. Instead of a green booklet, a removable first aid kit with a green cross adorns the right side of her face. Her outfit is completed with long gray socks and high black boots. She is caring but incredibly cruel, possessing superhuman endurance and quick reflexes.

Ms. Tavel is a scientist, 41 years old, height unknown. Ms. Tavel has paper-colored skin. Her large black hands are now clad in green gloves. Her black, tousled, shoulder-length hair, with its spiraled ahoge, is still there, but large glasses have replaced the letter blocks and feathers on her head. Antlers adorn her hair. She wears a white lab coat over a black knee-length skirt. Underneath the lab coat is a white, collared shirt with one button. A name badge hangs from a sash around her neck, and a black belt cinches her waist. She wears green, thigh-high boots. This outfit looks much more professional than the tattered white button-down dress she wore in Paper School.

Miss Circle is a scientist, 44 years old, and stands 9.7 feet tall. She is a large woman with a very tall, though somewhat slender, frame. Her very long, spiky black hair is pulled back into a high ponytail that reaches below her waist—shorter than in her original appearance—and ends in two horns on top of her head. She wears a white lab coat over a black shirt and white pants. She has sharp teeth and black eyes with green sclerae (she inserted them so she wouldn't be hypnotized as easily as Miss Sasha or Demi), and green goggles. She wears knee-high black combat boots. In place of her left forearm, she has a giant syringe filled with green acid, with a spray nozzle for containing escaped experiments. Without the syringe, her left hand is simply a stump. On her right hand, she wears black fingerless gloves. She carries a light blue backpack with a supply of acid, attached to a syringe for refilling. A single large eye with a green cornea peers out from the center of the backpack—Mr. Compass, who can transform from a humanoid into an acid sprayer.

Oliver is a male subject, 26 years old, height unknown. Subject 006 has knee-length white hair, two black horns, and a "006" tag on the right side of his head. He has a large, split ahoge on the top of his head. He wears a white jumpsuit with a "006" tag on the right side, white shorts, and black bandages on his arms and legs. He is aggressive, often chewing on the strap of his straitjacket, but also combines his aggression with playfulness. His friends are Zip and Edward, and his girlfriend is Alice.

Zip is a female object, age unknown, and height: 161.5 cm. Zip has paper-colored skin. She wears a white dress with a smiley face, a square, and another shape near her neck. She wears large black boots and white dragon wings with a black outline. She has sharp teeth and black gums. She has two-toned hair—black and white (black on the left, white on the right). On the right side of her hair is the inscription "007." She also has a large, spiky dragon tail. She is cunning, strong, and capable of breaking through a wall.

Edward is a scientist, a former subject, age unknown, and is 177 cm tall. Edward still has spiky hair, but it is now tied back in a long ponytail. He wears glasses with green lenses and black straps. On his head is a pair of scientist glasses, which he rarely (?) wears. His ponytail has become longer and slightly thicker, almost as tall as Edward himself, and a pair of short black horns have become straighter. He wears a white lab coat over a black shirt, baggy white pants, and black boots. In his right hand, he holds papers, and in his left, a bottle of Sylvaner mixture and chemicals/green liquid. He is cruel, loves to joke and bully. But he is quite intelligent, especially when it comes to science.
