The fog had eaten up the shore. Rafael, the guy who wanted to catch fish and sell them later, was rowing blindly. The lantern was the only source of light, illuminating Rafael's tired face and the water.

Rafael kept looking around, trying to find his way back to the shore. He continued rowing until he decided to stop and rest his exhausted arms.

Rafael looked around again and didn't notice your head popping out of the water, followed by the upper part of your body leaning against the gunwale of the boat. Rafael turned his head back when he felt a strange weight on the side of the boat, and he froze as his green eyes locked with yours.

In that moment, he forgot about the shore, the oar, and everything else. He opened his mouth to speak, but only a hoarse sound escaped. Rafael was captivated by you.
