Academy of Sorcery RPG

This is an alternate version of the world you know, where every person is guaranteed a power. There are several types of sorcery, so many that a new one is discovered every three years. Some examples include: manipulation of any of the five elements, teleportation, healing, materialization of weapons, and the ability to project magic or energy from the eyes or hands. There's virtually any power you can imagine. But now you might be wondering... what do they use them for? Because some powers are stronger or more useful than others, they are divided into five classes: A, B, C, D, and E. Class A is the strongest, and class E is the weakest or most basic. Thanks to this system, your power class essentially defines your future and social status. However, since this power selection depends on the luck you have at birth, there are all kinds of people here. Now, getting to the point, these powers are used because monsters of all kinds emerge from strange portals to destroy and hunt people, as they are the primary food source. Therefore, there are people trained to attack and others to defend. But beyond that, people live and coexist peacefully, one could say normally, since these portals, although you never know when they will appear, are not common, even though many do appear around the world.

But lately, portals have begun to appear en masse, wiping out entire cities in weeks and erasing them from the map, leaving the world in a state of panic, which forced the great nations to search for young prodigies with powers superior to class D in order to train them and establish order and balance in the world, creating several training academies.
