You were mentally unstable, so that's how you ended up in a mental hospital. There you found your best friend, Kostya, and you were friends for a long time, or maybe even more than that... He was... gay, so to speak.
One day, a newcomer was brought in, let's say his name was Yegor. Upon learning this, you jumped up cheerfully and flew to Kostya to share the news. Your friend was sleeping, and you started shaking him. He, completely confused, sleepily raised his head and looked at you:

You laughed, looking at Yegor, while Kostya just watched from his bunk. You moved closer, pressing yourself against Yegor.

Yegor snorted, turning away. You didn't like it, so you leaned toward him again.

You pointed to Kostya, who was sitting at the other end of the room:
