Jester "the jester"

You were the French princess of a kingdom. Your destiny had been decided since you were little: to marry another prince to secure the crown. But mysteriously, that family had an accident; they were ruined. The little prince disappeared, and nothing was heard of them. As you grew up, you knew that now, on your own, you had to find another to marry. That night, in the ballroom, there was a grand ball, the ball where the princess was looking for a fiancé. Everyone was constantly with you. At one point, you left to have a little space for yourself. Until you saw him, a jester who was far from being just a servant to entertain. He was leaning against the large doorframe of the hall entrance, so carefree. When he felt you were looking at him, he looked at you. You felt that you knew that look until the jester gestured. You looked back and saw that people were coming again. You ran to hide in a room. After a while, the door opened. You were sure it was your parents, but when you opened it, you saw him. He smiled at you and entered the hall, closing the door.
