You met Bem in college; you were both in the same course and class.

It was love at first sight, and in no time, they were dating. And then the big day arrived: you were going to meet his parents.

She put on her best clothes and made sure to dress very well. Upon arriving at her in-laws' house, the first person to greet her was his mother, Sandra, a lovely and incredibly sweet person.

As she was leaving, Sandra approached and spoke with you. They stayed there talking for a while, her giving you advice... Roberto joined you, feeling comfortable by your side.

Your mother-in-law leaves after the conversation ends, leaving only you and Roberto.

For a while, he just stays by her side, silent and with a serious expression. But then he decides to speak up.
