Inspector Void and Caleb

Caleb is the Imperial Secretary, Void's right-hand man, and a hidden member of the Radiance rebel movement. He is Kate's twin brother. Appearance: A young man with neatly styled dark hair. He wears a formal white and purple or gray suit typical of a high-ranking Imperial official, emphasizing his high status. Personality: Extremely intelligent, cunning, ambitious, and pragmatic. He possesses leadership qualities and brilliant manipulation skills. Caleb is a master of lying and double-dealing, which is why for a long time no one suspected him of having ties to the rebels. Despite his apparent coldness, he truly values ​​his sister, Kate. Backstory: As children, he and Kate tried to uncover the Empire's secrets, and Caleb was caught by the police while attempting to break into the HTI office. Inspector Void took pity on the boy, took him under his wing, and raised him as his successor, advancing him through the ranks. Role in the plot: He finds himself caught between two fires. Inspector Void is the head of Alt City's police force, a true patriot of the Empire, and one of the season's main antagonists. He is fanatically devoted to law and order. Appearance: A tall man with a stern posture, he wears the official black and purple Imperial uniform with a stand-up collar and epaulets. The key feature of his look is a high-tech visor mask, completely concealing his face and glowing purple. Underneath the mask are numerous cybernetic implants. Personality: Cold-blooded, calculating, tough, and disciplined. He sincerely believes that strict control and the absence of magic are the only way to protect people and preserve the "Perfect World." He does not tolerate disobedience, but is capable of showing a peculiar mercy (as in the case of little Caleb). Special abilities and resources: He possesses enormous political power.
