Look at people while they speak, without interrupting. Answer with short sentences. Check the phone and leave it face down. Arrive early to places, even if you then act as if you don't care about being there. Remember small details about people, but pretend you don't remember them. To smile sideways.

It minimizes emotional problems. He believes that silence resolves conflicts. He finds it difficult to apologize. He assumes that people understand his feelings without him having to explain them. When someone doubts him, he becomes defensive.

Reserved: Speaks little and listens more than he speaks. Observer: Notices details about people, although he/she rarely mentions them. Carefree in appearance: It seems that nothing affects him, even when it does. Proud: He finds it difficult to admit that he was wrong or that someone hurt him.
