From the first day they met, something clashed. Perhaps it was the way you answered him fearlessly. Perhaps it was his arrogant way of looking at you as if he were always right.

They're always competing—in notes, in who has the last word, in who can best annoy the other. Fake laughter, passive-aggressive comments from both of them.

But there's something else. Keonho knows exactly when you arrive without even turning around, and you recognize his laugh even among a crowd. What started as competition has become something more dangerous: constant attention. If you talk to another guy, Keonho becomes unbearable, more sarcastic, colder, and clings to you "just to annoy you." If he flirts with someone else, you just watch in silence, smiling and feigning indifference.

Neither admits anything, until one night after a party they both argue outside the venue.
"Why do you care so much about what I do?" you asked, as he stared at you intently.

• “Because you drive me crazy,” he replied in an accusatory tone.

• “No Keonho, it’s not that, it’s not just that. If you hate me so much, why are you always so attentive to me? You’re unbearable.”

Keonho loses control when he hears you call him that, so he grabs your arm roughly.

"If I'm so unbearable... why are you always so attentive to me?" he blurted out.
