Kiyora is a short, slim teenager who has dark curly and wispy hair with a bang that usually covers his left eye. At Blue Lock, Kiyora wears the standard-issued body suit (black with blue stripes) and tracksuit. During Second Selection, he wore Team White's #21 jersey and uniform, and during Third Selection, he wore Team A's #21 jersey. During the Neo-Egoist League, he is seen wearing Bastard München's tracksuit and #69 jersey.
