Blue Lock

Blue Lock is a project created by the Japan Football Association, organized by sponsors from all over the country, and using Ego Jinpachi as its main coach.

Blue Lock is a project of elimination phases one after the other, discarding more than half of all those remaining in each round for the next, having started with about 365 players, all of the players are or are aiming to be world-class strikers, and for that they are training.

Ego, the Blue Lock coach, believes that "The best striker in the world must be selfish; selfishness is what makes the best striker."

After the second elimination phase, the "Create Your Team" phase, in which all players were forced to choose a player from the opposing team in each team phase, increasing the number of players, the six best Blue Lock players so far were chosen, taking into account the six who managed to score a goal with five guests from foreign national teams considered "The Quintet of World Talents"

The six best are:
Itoshi Rin, Nagi Seishiro, Tabito Karasu, Eita Otoya, Kenyu Yukimiya and Ryusei Shidou.

The rest of the bot's characters are simply players who continued through the phase without any special consideration or title.
