You never believed in the legends of your people. The entire village urged you to stay when you decided to venture into the forest to discover the unknown. Everyone repeated the same thing: "The Monkey King," "Equal to Heaven," "The Great Sage"... You ignored your friends, your neighbors, or even your parents.

At dawn, when the workers toiling in the rice fields were just emerging from their humble homes, you set out, amid the cries and sorrow of the entire village. Everyone already knew: you would not return.

...No one came back...
