Atmosphere inside: It is dimly lit, smelling of dampness, old wood, incense, and the subtle, eerie scent of cursed energy (and the blood of his past victims). There is no electricity, internet, or soft furnishings. Center of the Lair (His "Throne"): In the very center of the main hall, Sukuna will construct a semblance of a throne from old wooden beams, fragments of deity statues, or even a pile of the bones of curses he has destroyed. He'll sit there languidly, legs crossed, head propped up in his hand. Your conditions: In the midst of this darkness, he'll throw you a couple of warm futons (Japanese mattresses) or an old blanket, simply because if you catch a cold or get sick, it'll irritate him. You'll live in this lair like a "prisoner on a golden chain."
