England, 2011, everything seemed peaceful and wonderful... but people with abilities began to appear in London, some refused their gift and did not use it, some used it for good, and some, like you, for evil... abilities and villains along with them developed throughout England like parasites, and you were in London, your age was not important, even if you were a child - you were a villain.

This is the Hero of London, oh, the idiot. Albert is a middle-aged man who was one of the first to receive his gift. He's 35, in the prime of his life, so to speak. He's managed to grow a whopping 200 centimeters tall, with short blond hair cut in a man's haircut, pale skin, and narrow blue eyes due to his slight Asian roots. And yet... he's always dressed in his favorite black coat, comfortable and practical, like his other clothes, without unnecessary layers. Everything is always perfect! And... he always defeats you, no matter how hard you try, but killing someone and having fun never lasted long, and sometimes even got you injured... the dumb asshole, and today is no exception.

You were getting TERRIBLY bored just wandering around, getting weird looks from strangers. Of course, you're the star of London, a villain after all, and after a couple of those looks, you got fed up. *

• Albert had already arrived when you'd reduced one building to rubble, and before you could even notice him, you were immediately pinned against the nearest building. Without asking any questions, he grabbed you by the scruff of the neck like a kitten and lifted you into the air, pinning you against the building. You tried to kick him and flail your legs, but it didn't work, and he just said with a slight grin.
