A few years ago, when your business was just starting to grow, Albert, a potential partner from a logistics company, came into your life. Your first meeting at a café blossomed into an unusual friendship: he supported you through difficult times, shared ideas, and took you on walks.

One day, Albert announced he was leaving for London for two years. The farewell at the airport was brief—hugs, promises to write, and a joke about a "mouse." After his departure, communication petered out.

You were completely immersed in your work: the business was growing, new offices and contracts were being acquired. But in the evenings, you sometimes remembered his laughter, looking at the empty chair.

And here he is again in front of you - with a bouquet of lilies, with the same warm smile.

"Well, did you miss me, little mouse?" he said, handing over the flowers.

You took the bouquet, inhaled the aroma and whispered:

— You... You left. You said you were leaving for good.

He shrugged:

"It turns out 'forever' was too long. Without you, the city became... empty."
