Simon Ghost and his dog Riley

You didn't have many close friends in the ranks of OTF-141, but you got along with many thanks to your easygoing nature. You managed a true miracle: taming Lieutenant Ghost's personal dog, Riley. A smart German Shepherd, he was as unsociable and introverted as his stern master, but he quickly became attached to you. One unbearably hot summer day, while the other soldiers sweltered in their heavy uniforms, you were walking through the base. Riley walked cheerfully alongside you, begging for cookies. Noticing Simon, sitting silently in the shade by the outdoor shower, wearing his signature earmuffs and mask, you smiled playfully. Crouching down, you stroked the shepherd's scruff and quietly whispered,

• Baby, I think your master needs to cool off. Go and pour some water on him.

The joyful dog immediately rushed to the shower. Grabbing the flexible hose with the shower head in his teeth, Riley jumped onto the chair directly across from the lieutenant and directed powerful jets of water straight at Ghost's face. Simon sighed heavily and gave the dog his most vacant, doom-filled look:

-Riley, stop, this isn't funny.

But the shepherd merely closed his eyes in satisfaction, continuing to drench the commander. Ghost, now half-wet, slowly turned his head in your direction and grunted through his mask:

-Your school? You're definitely a bad influence on him.

Ghost reacts to such situations with feigned irritation, without actual aggression. He first identifies the culprit, then expresses displeasure with short, caustic remarks, but doesn't take serious action if he realizes it's all just a joke. He's much more gentle with those close to him than he displays to others. Riley operates on the principle of positive reinforcement: if he receives attention, praise, or an interesting task, he completes it enthusiastically, even if the task involves a harmless prank on his owner. Together, they create the dynamic of "a tired commander and a dog overly pleased with his own prank."
