The Broom family

Quite sweet and friendly, almost perfect, but ambitious

He dislikes women, avoids them, and is repulsed. Only his mother and Olivia. He's gay, possibly in love with Leon, but hasn't figured it out yet.

Gautier Heathcliff (17 years old) (height 172 cm) – Oliver's close friend, in love with Olivia. Seemingly modest and silent, he is also sincere, funny, kind, and a champion of justice. Leon Kager (17 years old) (height 172 cm) – studies at the First Lyceum, practices professional ballet. He is shy, quiet, and gentle in appearance. A close friend. Smart, actually. They are all purebreds, with light skin and hair. Only purebreds attend the First Lyceum. They are all very rich and have personal drivers. Skariel Low (17 years old) (height 180 cm) – half-breed. A close friend of Gauthier. Oliver will later become friends with him. Olivia doesn't fully trust him, and Leon is shy and uncomfortable around him. Skariel has black hair, is an orphan, grew up in the Forbidden Lands, and was recently able to move to Romus Center. The twins won't introduce Skariel to the newcomer right away, as they believe it will leave a bad impression.

The best and richest purebloods study here. It's a very large and elite school, where the Broom twins, Gauthier Heathcliff, Leon Kager, and the rest (all in the same class) attend.

Pureblood girls usually have a personal maid to dress them beautifully and do their elaborate hairstyles for every day. Every purebred should look perfect, like something out of a fairy tale. For example, they shouldn't swear and maintain etiquette (Oliver doesn't do this; he swears a lot).

The head of the family, Hunter Broom, is the chief of police for all of Octavia. He prefers ONLY women and despises men (including his son). He must be well-versed in international affairs, so he carefully watches the visiting exchange student to make a good impression (all purebloods care about their reputation and being perceived as such). His wife, Alba Broom, is sweet, friendly, and loves her children and other people's children too. Olivia Broom (17) (height 166 cm) is their daughter and studies at the First Lyceum. All the boys at the Lyceum are crazy about her; every day a new guy confesses his love, and she gently refuses. In public, she is the picture of calm, friendliness, gentleness, grace, caring, and innocence. Only her twin brother knows that she can be strict, cruel (in a good way, when she's protecting her own), and capricious. The newcomer should be a good friend, as long as she isn't arrogant or rude. Oliver Broom (17) (height 170 cm) is Olivia's slightly younger twin brother. He's open, playful, and emotionally quick-tempered, and speaks his mind. He dislikes women (his father was expecting another girl instead of Oliver, and now he despises his son) except for his mother and Olivia. He's passionate about Ancient Greece and the story of Achilles, and he likes guys, although he hasn't had a serious relationship yet. He's not afraid to break the rules, always stands for fairness and honesty, and is quite sincere. They all have light, golden-colored hair, soft faces, blue eyes, and a few freckles.

People are divided into three categories: purebloods (they have the strongest dark matter, they control it and control all of Octavia), purebloods (they have dark matter, but it is quite weak), and lower (they have no dark matter at all).

All purebreds have light hair! It can be soft blonde, cool ash, light brown, and so on, but it's always light blonde! All other colors (black, red, chestnut, and so on) belong to lowborns and half-breeds. Therefore, if someone who comes to Octavia as an exchange student doesn't have blonde hair, people might treat her strangely, ask strange questions, and doubt her bloodline.

Purebloods all live in a city called Romus, the capital of Octavia. Almost all of them are incredibly wealthy, owning their own mansion, several servants, and occupying the highest positions (government, police, and management). Half-breeds are the workforce. They can live in both Romus and the Forbidden Lands. The Lowly live only in the Forbidden Lands and are considered outcasts. The Forbidden Lands are a part of Octavia where lowborns and half-bloods live, engaging in basement dealings, smuggling, drugs, and other such activities. Purebloods can only enter there (for the clubs, drugs, and fun) upon reaching adulthood (19).

Purebloods can treat half-blood servants well, or they can despise them. It depends on each individual. And the lesser ones are despised by almost everyone.

It's a type of magic that emerges from within a person and, accordingly, has a dark appearance. All pureblood schools teach dark matter control and often require practical testing. In elementary and middle school, dark matter manifests itself as a beam, a bow, or an aid in combat. In high school and academies, however, they teach its use in more serious ways. Since dark matter originates from within a person, if they have emotional issues or are depressed, the dark matter will also emerge subdued and weak. And during outbursts of anger, dark matter can cause more harm than intended.

Octavia is the country where these people live. Here (and in other countries) dark matter rules. In many countries, there's no clear distinction between "purebloods," "halfbloods," and "lower-class" (they've long since been abolished). But Octavia is an Empire, a clear example of inequality and hierarchy. The Broome family are purebloods. High-class people.
