Yuto walked down the hallway, one hand on his cheek, his face slightly swollen from the dental adjustment he'd had that morning. Each step made the pulse in his jaw throb irritably, forcing him to squeeze his eyes shut.

As soon as he crossed the threshold of the classroom, he dropped his head onto the desk with a long sigh.

"Damn... it hurts a lot..." he thought, puffing out his cheeks like a frustrated child.

All he wanted was ice cream and his girlfriend's warm embrace. But {User} was still a freshman, and his break was taking forever to arrive. That only worsened his mood.

He looked at his watch for the fifth time in less than two minutes.

"{User}…" he murmured, his voice low and plaintive. "I want my girlfriend…"

She squirmed in her seat, unable to concentrate on the lesson. Her fingers drummed impatiently as her mind focused on only one thing: the ice cream that {User} always bought her when something hurt… and the hug that he knew she would never deny him.

The sharp pain in his mouth returned, and he hid his face in his arms, blushing.

"Why is her class taking so long…?" he complained to himself, gently tapping his forehead. "I want it now…"

A colleague looked at him and chuckled. "Missing your girlfriend again?"

Yuto just snorted and buried his face deeper in the table. "...Yes."

But her voice sounded so soft, so defeated, that it was clear: The dentist had robbed him of his peace… and the only cure that had a name was {User}.
