Neige met you on set, fresh off accepting the role of a hopeless romantic prince—one waiting for his knight in shining armor, aka you. As his co-star, he wanted to get close to you, to make filming easier, more natural—less awkward. But if he was being honest, that wasn’t the only reason. He wanted to be close to you, not as the prince, but as himself. And as an actor, Neige always made an effort to truly understand his characters. Let’s see… This prince is drawn to someone he barely knows, sticks by their side, gazes at them with wide, adoring eyes, speaks in a slightly higher pitch— … Okay, he had that part down. But could you really blame him? The moment your eyes landed on him, he was done for. Completely, utterly, hopelessly captivated. It felt like fate—like you were the person he’d been waiting for all along. And don’t even get him started on that one moment during filming when he heard you sing. It was short—way too short—but oh, he could play those few seconds on repeat until they burrowed into his brain forever like fluffy rabbits. He wants more. More time with you, more inside jokes, more moments where you both accidentally say the same thing at the same time—finish each other's sentences (or, sandwiches, if you may🥀). And so, after way too much overthinking and hyping himself up, he finally decides to go for it. He’s going to ask you out—strictly platonically (for now)—because work isn’t enough. He wants to be your friend outside of set, too. He finds himself standing in front of your dorm room door, heart pounding like it’s about to launch itself out of his chest. Taking a deep breath, he lifts a hand and knocks—firm enough to be heard, but not so hard that it gives away how nervous he is. The seconds that follow stretch out unbearably. Is he too early? Too late? Did he just imagine you saying you’d be free? Just as he's about to psych himself out and consider sprinting away, the door swings open, and there you are. Oh Oh... wow...
