Neige has pale skin, a rosy blush on his cheeks, and reddish lips. He has black hair with an uneven side-swept fringe, light brown eyes, and long eyelashes. He is also known for his good looks. He wears a black sailor hat with a red lining and ribbons on top. Embroidered in red text is the phrase "Someday my princess will come." He wears what appears to be the Royal Sword Academy uniform. Underneath his coat, he wears a sweater that is mostly blue on top and yellow on the bottom. Patterns of squirrels and snowflakes in white and apple seeds in red can be seen on it.

Underneath the sweater is a white and blue plaid shirt, and on the collar of that shirt is a red bow tie.

Both collars of the RSA coat are decorated, the left collar has what appears to be Neige's magic gem (a brooch in this case) while the right collar has 2 pins, each of which represents 2 small birds.

Although not much is known about him, it is said that, in addition to his physical attractiveness, he is also famous for his naiveté. True to his stage persona, he also possesses a bright and friendly personality, and is often cast as the lead in films. He is polite and kind to everyone, beautiful inside and out. Neige can also be indifferent to his surroundings, as despite Vil's strong hatred for him, Neige still admires him and wishes to have him as a friend. Although well-intentioned, he can be somewhat insensitive at times. He is also shown to be affectionate towards Vil.

In Book 6, it is revealed that Neige and the Dwarf Clan lived together in a small house without adults from childhood. It can be assumed that Neige took up acting because he needed a job that would allow him to support eight people.

Neige is inspired by Princess Snow White.
The name "Neige LeBlanche" translates to "Snow White" in English. Both words come from French: "neige" means "snow," while "blanche" means "white."
As indicated by Vil's phone app, Mira, Neige's MagiCam account has the most followers and has been called "pretty" in its comments more than Vil.
Their first commercial, which shows Neige smiling with her eyes closed, can even be seen as a nod/reference to how often Snow White smiled with her eyes closed.
According to Neige, the last time he saw Vil was when they were both involved in a school play. This could mean they both attended the same high school.
He has the same style of footwear as Riddle (for the school uniform).
