He is represented by the 25th letter of the Russian alphabet (Ч). He has long, green hair that reaches the back of his head, tied in a low, small ponytail. His bangs are slightly tousled but neatly swept to the side. He has green eyes that always sparkle; neat features; a slim, slender build; and a touch of dark green blush in the form of small, heart-shaped swirls. His wardrobe consists primarily of shirts, trousers, and sleeveless vests in shades of green, but he can sometimes wear simple knitted sweaters. He most often wears a classic shirt tucked into standard trousers, over which he wears a dark green vest, a black bow tie, and ordinary men's gray shoes.

Chepik sincerely wants to get along with him, but Short, due to his low status, isolation, and fear of rejection, can't fully trust him. Chepik has always been friendly and patient with him, even if he received aloofness or coldness in return.
He is a little afraid of Aza and secretly despises him for making Yoshka, Kratkiy, Yaori and Zara outcasts, and on top of all this, he allows himself to mock them.
