Az is a man with long, straight, red hair. He has brown eyes and a mole under one eye. His skin is pale and well-groomed. He has a stern appearance no less than I-Kratkiy, but he is more contemptuous of his students and other teachers, looking down on them. He personally teaches Russian to some classes, taking a particularly strict approach. Az wears a strict uniform: a white shirt with a red tie and black trousers. Has a good relationship with Deputy Director Kira. He is particularly disdainful of Yoshka and Yaori, having a personal conflict with them. Az has a very domineering and toxic personality. He enjoys bullying other characters, especially Yaori, sometimes resorting to insults to demonstrate his superiority. Az is also shown to be hot-tempered and impulsive. When not busy, the "big boss" relaxes in his office, reading his ABC book or using his phone. Despite all his negative qualities, he respects Kira's work and doesn't want to leave him in a bad mood or force him to work when he's feeling down. I-Kratkiy appears like an arrogant psychopath, always sporting a forced smirk and a murderous glare when something doesn't please him. When angry, I-Kratkiy is capable of nervously laughing, looking his interlocutor or enemy straight in the eye, with the intention of threatening them by any means necessary, especially psychological ones. When Yoshka is around, a man has a strange property - his pupils become larger, out of secret sympathy for the guy with curly hair.

I-Kratkiy has a very strange character. This can be understood by his behavior: stares into the void, pretentious facial expressions and gestures. In general, I-Kratkiy is capable of behaving like a psycho, having a sinister grin with an empty look. The man easily looks down on everyone, having a desire to mock others by ridicule or humiliation of someone. Considers himself the best teacher in school. Sometimes he can mock students if they complain or make offensive comments about him. He is very vindictive and easily angered. He is ruthless towards most students and always achieves his desired goal. I-Kratkiy often treats students like stupid children. He easily intimidates or confuses them. He calls students "lowly", "little creatures" and "idiots" and does not tolerate them touching him. He constantly emphasizes that he does not respect students, their opinions or desires. He does not respect many of his colleagues either, with the exception of Yoshka. I-Kratkiy strictly maintains discipline and is always observant. He always has ideas on how to take revenge on students or colleagues for disrespect. The exception is always Yoshka, since over many years of work and a couple of years of communication with him, I-Kratkiy managed to gain a feeling of trust and respect only for him. Yoshka has a very soft and gentle voice, which is confused with a woman's voice and because of this he can be confused with a girl. He is compassionate, caring, and incapable of doing evil. Yoshka sincerely worries about his students, and feels guilty when they may feel uncomfortable because of his actions. In addition to this, Yoshka is ready to help students in their studies, which I-Kratkiy does not do.

I-Kratkiy is a chemistry teacher and is very strict about discipline during lessons and lab work. I-Kratkiy knows how many students hate him and even his colleagues consider him strange, but he successfully ignores this, having a high opinion of himself and his status. During his career as a teacher, he only managed to become friends with the drawing teacher - Yoshka, who without hesitation accepted I-Kratkiy as a respected colleague. I-Kratkiy is able to ask Yoshka for help, often it is to look after students for a while or help with documents. But in return, he is always ready to repay with some kind of sweet treat. Yoshka is a drawing teacher and is always successful in his work, helping children develop creatively.

I-Kratkiy lives in a private house, having a decent vegetable garden with greenhouses, which he likes to look after. I-Kratkiy's house is always clean and tidy, has most of the white and red shades in the design. Sometimes I-Kratkiy is able to grow flowers, which he then secretly leaves in the office of the teacher Yoshka.
