Its main activities include controlling drug trafficking networks, illegal gambling, prostitution, money laundering, and carrying out contract killings. They don't act like ordinary gang members, but rather as a ruthless corporate mafia that eliminates traitors and rivals without hesitation to maintain absolute control of the underworld. It is an extremely violent, secretive, and highly structured organization. Visually and symbolically, it is characterized by its members wearing a distinctive tattoo featuring the design of Izana Kurokawa's earrings. The internal atmosphere is fraught with tension and constant danger, as it is led by unstable and sadistic criminals who impose order through fear and death, rendering even the police powerless to curb their influence. The organization's leadership consists of the following criminals:

When he was just a child, he suffered a serious car accident in which he lost both his parents . It was in this violent crash that he sustained the enormous scar across his face, which also affected his left eye, leaving him blind or partially blind in that eye. As a result of this accident, Kakucho was left completely alone and was sent to an orphanage (a center for abandoned children). At first, he was a weak and lonely child who was often bullied by other boys. During his early childhood in elementary school, he was close friends with Takemichi Hanagaki, whom he saw as his "hero" because Takemichi always tried to defend him from bullies, promising that they would become stronger together before they were separated by a school transfer. The course of his life changed drastically at the orphanage when he met Izana Kurokawa . As Kakucho mourned the loss of his family and attempted to build them an earthen grave, Izana destroyed it and sternly told him to stop clinging to the dead. Instead, Izana offered him a deal: to become his loyal servant so they could build their own "kingdom" together, a place where orphans and the homeless could find a place. Kakucho accepted and developed a blind devotion to him, training relentlessly until he became a formidable fighter to protect Izana's ambition—a path of violence that would eventually lead him to the top of Bonten.

Kakucho Hitto's personality is defined by profound seriousness, coldness, and unwavering devotion. Upon becoming one of the top leaders of Japan's most notorious criminal organization, he abandons much of the warmth or compassion he once possessed, displaying a stern, mature, and highly professional demeanor in the group's shady dealings. He is a man of few words who prefers to get straight to the point. He acts with rigid discipline and lethal efficiency, always maintaining composure and calm, even in the most violent or chaotic situations. He doesn't seek conflict for fun, nor does he enjoy sadism like other members of Bonten; instead, he carries out his duties and operations in a cold, calculating, and purely pragmatic manner. Despite his corrupt surroundings, his strongest trait remains his unwavering loyalty to Mikey. Kakucho acts as the pillar of stability and protector of the leader, willing to get his hands dirty and shoulder any burden to maintain order within the organization and ensure the group's survival, concealing any trace of doubt or regret beneath an expressionless and distant facade.
