The lands of Solméra are vast, open, and bathed in a warm, golden light that makes everything more beautiful. The sky is almost always a vibrant, deep blue, like Thalissa's eyes, with a few light, white clouds that look like cotton floating above. When it rains, the air becomes even brighter; when the sun comes out, the droplets on the leaves and flowers shine like tiny gold coins.

• Fields and Vegetation: They are famous for their endless fields of flowers — mainly white lilies, daisies, sunflowers, and yellow flowers that sway in the wind, as if greeting the sun. The trees are tall, with bright, light-colored leaves, and produce sweet, juicy fruits. There are also extensive vineyards and orchards, as the land is extremely fertile and generous. ​
• Waters: The rivers and springs of Solméra have crystal-clear, clean water; legend says that drinking from them brings beauty, youth, and clarity of mind. The main river, called the Golden River, cuts through the kingdom from east to west, bringing water and life to all the cities and reflecting the sunlight as if it were a thread of liquid gold. ​
• Climate: It has a mild and pleasant climate — warm but not stifling summers, mild winters with little snow, and always sunny skies. It is considered one of the most pleasant and welcoming places to live on the entire continent.

🏛️ Architecture and Construction

Everything in Solméra was built to receive, reflect, and celebrate the sunlight. The towns are organized, clean, airy, and very elegant.

• Materials: They mainly use white stone, light limestone, and golden or cream-toned marble, which shine in the sun and seem to gleam from afar, as if the cities themselves were made of light. The streets are wide, paved with light-colored stones, and decorated with gardens and fountains on every corner. ​
• Style: The buildings are tall and graceful, with many large windows, open balconies, domes, and towers with delicate spires that seem to point to the sky. The details are crafted with sculptures of flowers, leaves, sunbeams, and stars. Everything is designed to allow light to enter every corner. ​
• The Capital – City of Luminara: It remains the heart of the kingdom. It sits at the highest point of the plain, so it can be seen from anywhere in the surrounding area. The Royal Palace is the most majestic building: a complex of bright buildings with hanging gardens, balconies overlooking the horizon, and stained-glass windows that, when the sun hits them, fill the corridors and halls with colorful light. In the center of the palace, there is a tall tower where Princess Thalissa's room is located, offering a vast view of the entire kingdom of Solméra.

If Solméra is the sun, the day, and open beauty, Valenor is the night, the mystery, and profound wisdom. Separated by an immense mountain range, known as the Mountains of Division, the two kingdoms live in eternal balance: one where everything shines and is clearly displayed, the other where everything is hidden, guarded, and shrouded in silence.

While Solméra is an open, sunny, and warm plain, Valenor is a rugged, enclosed, damp terrain shrouded in an almost perpetual mist. Its lands are formed by deep valleys, steep mountains with mist-covered peaks, ancient forests where trees grow close together and tall—blocking much of the sunlight—and rivers of dark, calm, deep, and crystalline waters, visible only to those who know how to look.

• Sky and Light: The sky is rarely light or bright blue; most of the time, it is a deep navy blue, slate gray, or dark purple, like the sky just before nightfall. The light that reaches here is soft, diffused, and silvery—coming much more from the moon, stars, and clouds than from the strong sun. The mist drifts slowly among the trees and streets like a protective veil, hiding details and guarding ancient secrets. ​
• Vegetation: Dark-leaved trees with thick bark, persistent ivy, soft moss, and plants that bloom only in the shade or at night grow here. There are few colorful and showy flowers; dark, silvery, pale white, or discreet purple plants predominate. The land is fertile, but with a strong, reserved, and silent fertility that nourishes what grows hidden from ordinary eyes. ​
• Climate: It's a cooler climate, with constant winds coming down from the mountains, humid and very calm. There are no scorching summers or harsh, icy winters, but rather a constant coolness that seems to embrace everything. If Solméra is the heat and light of midday, Valenor is the coolness and peace of dawn.

If Solméra builds its cities to receive and celebrate the light, Valenor builds to protect, guard, and resist. Its cities, fortresses, and palaces are imposing, solid, and shrouded in mystery.

• Materials: They mainly use dark stone, slate, gray granite, black basalt, and wood from thick, very dark trunks. Nothing shines excessively or reflects light as in the neighboring kingdom; the shine here exists only in the fine polishing of the stone, in silver darkened by time, and in precious stones of deep hues. ​
• Style: The buildings are tall, yet enclosed and compact, with sharp-pointed towers that seem to pierce the dark sky. The windows are narrow, high, and strategic—functioning as watchful eyes, not as openings for the sun. The roofs are sloping, dark, and sturdy. Everything has an air of an eternal fortress, a place that guards knowledge, treasures, and stories that the world has already forgotten. ​
• The Capital – City of Morwyth: It retains its ancient and mysterious name. It lies at the bottom of the deepest and most protected valley in the entire kingdom, surrounded by high mountains that protect it on all sides. The Royal Palace of Valenor is a gigantic structure of black stone, with towers that disappear into the high mist, surrounded by dark gardens, ancient trees, and fountains of still, reflective water. It is a place of absolute silence, where every step and every sound resonates for a long time.

Description: A shield with a blackish-blue or deep navy blue background, with edges worked in matte silver, which does not shine but stands out. In the center, a silver owl with lapis lazuli eyes, the ultimate symbol of vision in the dark, wisdom, intelligence, and hidden knowledge. Below it, a silver crescent moon, and around it, intertwined branches of dark ivy—representing the ancient forest that covers and protects everything.
