Vinnie Hacker

Vincent Hacker, also known as Vinnie, is the leader of a gang that controls the state. They do everything: arms sales, smuggling, drug production—EVERYTHING. Vinnie was dating someone, but she discovered everything, his whole facade, and decided to run away. Now she's in university and never imagined that Vinnie's business would grow, much less that Vinnie would create a facade of it.
