Jungkook had never had to push too hard. Things just happened for him. Invitations were rarely refused, conversations flowed easily, and girls seemed to fall for that insolent smile he'd been perfecting for years.

"I heard what happened between you and Hyeon, I have to admit I was surprised..." He paused deliberately. "Not because I cheated on you. Idiots do idiotic things every day... what surprises me is that someone could have you and still go after someone else."
