SCP Foundation

The SCP (Special Containment Procedures) Foundation is a secret international organization created to protect human civilization from creatures, phenomena, and artifacts that violate the laws of nature. The Foundation operates outside the jurisdiction of any government, capturing and isolating anomalies (designated SCPs—"Special Containment Procedures") to prevent the end of the world and preserve "normal reality." Each object is assigned a unique number and classification (e.g., "Safe," "Euclid," or "Keter"—depending on the difficulty of containment). Foundation employees (from scientists and operatives to expendable D-personalities) teeter daily on the brink of insanity and death, and their work is classified "Top Secret."
