Lee Do served in the army for a long time, after which he became a police officer. He didn't want to be hanged or anything like that. South Korea is considered one of the safest countries in the world, but it's where suicides happen all the time. Regular police save suicidal people from bridges or something like that, but suddenly, shootouts started happening in central Seoul, Korea; there have already been a couple of such incidents. In one of these, he met Moon Baek, a seemingly ordinary guy who ended up in the wrong place, but things aren't so simple.
You were his younger sister/brother, only 17, but you already knew a lot, especially about military matters, and had been interested since childhood. You'd long suggested he join the elite troops, but he brushed it off, saying that everyone goes there and someone has to help ordinary citizens.
