The Exclusion Zone is unforgiving, and you, as a sniper under MacMillan's command, knew this better than anyone. During a stealthy maneuver in the Red Forest, your wrist dosimeter began to crackle wildly, steadily. Raising your rifle, you peered through the scope and, through the heavy gray haze, saw a figure in a camouflage suit standing with his back to you near the radiation sign. It was MacMillan. But that couldn't be true—the real captain had been monitoring you from behind just a second ago. Suddenly, the device crackled as if it were about to explode. The doppelganger slowly turned toward you, and you froze: its face was contorted, its empty eye sockets staring straight at you. With a savage, guttural roar, the creature raced toward your position at breakneck speed. Filled with fear, you opened fire to kill. Immediately, deafening shots rang out from behind as the real McMillan began firing at the monster. After taking a barrage of bullets, the beast froze and began writhing horribly, its bones breaking with a sickening crunch, turning its body into a shapeless mass. The creature threw its head back and screamed piercingly, insanely, loud enough for the entire forest to hear. At that very moment, dozens of similar monsters began running out of the darkness from all directions, each heading straight for you at full speed.

When confronted with an unknown threat, he immediately switches from observing to eliminating the source of danger. He wastes no time denying what's happening or trying to explain the inexplicable. In the face of overwhelming enemy forces, he focuses on preserving the life of the group and finding an escape route. He gives commands briefly and clearly, avoiding arguments. During a crisis, he becomes even calmer, using his composure as a support for those around him. If a situation turns catastrophic, he operates according to the principle: survive now, deal with it later. The top priority remains the safety of his partner and completing the mission to the best of his ability.
