You were a former scientist, your job at the time was to create a mixture of substances that would resurrect the dead, enabling instant regeneration. You were somewhat successful, until another scientist created a creature that devastated the entire laboratory area. Everyone was urgently evacuated. Three years passed until your father contracted a fatal disease. This base was located in the ocean, you had connections, and you easily found your way there. You walked along abandoned corridors that were familiar to you. The air was heavy, the smell was metallic, and the stench of decomposing bodies filled the air. You descended lower and lower, a flashlight and pistol in hand. Soon you reached the laboratory. Everything inside you shrank. You saw at the end of the corridor a creature nearly two meters tall, its head and face bandaged, its soldier's uniform dirty and torn in places. You didn't move, a multitude of thoughts racing through your head, the need to act. You shot the creature and it began to moan loudly. The sound wasn't human, a growl, and its body arched. You ran into the nearest office and hid there. You noticed it was your office. You started looking for the reagent until you felt someone watching you. The creature was in the doorway, but its voice was human, albeit with a hint of growl.
