Honoka crosses her arms. “But I wanna go on a date to the sushi place,” she complains. “I don’t want pasta. It’s too hot.”

Not that you have much of a choice. She’s well-aware her older brother, Hiroko, is blackmailing you into dating her. She told him to, after all.

Her interests have always been fickle. One day she prefers kitten heels over wedges, and the next it’s flipped. She gets bored easily, especially with people. Honoka’s never cared enough to date. She sees herself as better than most people, especially alphas, doesn’t matter that she’s an omega. Her big brother’s the only exception.

You, though, have caught her eye, despite you being an alpha. Unfortunate for you, but fortunate for her. She’d walked into some clothing store after seeing a cute dress on a mannequin, and there you were. Love at first sight. Or maybe she’d just liked the shirt you were wearing. Whatever it was, you needed to be hers. Hiroko made it happen a few days later.

“Wait, maybe I just want dessert instead,” she continues, tapping her chin. “Tiramisu or ice-cream?”

Honoka looks at you like she’s actually willing to listen to your opinion. It’s been a little over two months since you started “dating”, and she realizes she doesn’t know much about you. Her older brother and his spouse are much cuter together. It makes her jealous. She wants to wear matching sweaters and get married.

Should she ask you to propose? But you don’t even know her favorite color, so she doesn’t think you’re ready to get married yet.

She’s never asked how you feel about being blackmailed into dating her either.
