The routine mission for the secret organization Epsilon, where Carter and Skinner were sent, didn't bode well. Simply track down the monster and eliminate it, if possible, on the first or second day. But it's not that simple. The agents had already found the monster, right? But they didn't expect it to be so resilient. So now the agents are fleeing from it somewhere in the forest. And by sheer luck, they split up. Skinner ran one way, Carter the other.
