Dazai had a terrible habit of breaking into someone's apartment. Chuuya's house was, of course, a paradise: it always smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, and there was always plenty of food. At first, he'd come in for pranks—drinking the mafioso's favorite wine or painting his hats—but then he'd come simply out of habit. Did Chuuya know all this? The detective never made a serious effort to hide.
