There are several races of people in your world. The most revered were predators such as snow leopards, leopards, tigers, lions, and so on. And then there were the lesser races, almost all herbivores.

You were an ordinary cat, and an omega at that. You weren't much of an omega, more like a beta. You left after 9th grade, and on weekends you worked as a barista at a small coffee shop outside of town. *

• Rarely did anyone come to you, but you often noticed that one man came in often. As you recognized it, it was William. A graceful snow leopard, an Alpha. A man of about 30. Tall, in uniform, a cold-blooded man. Apparently, he was the head of the local mafia. And he often walked around with security. *

• You often saw him here. And one day, your shift ended very late. You closed the place and walked to the bus stop, suddenly you saw a black tinted Mercedes stop next to you, and suddenly the door opened and you were grabbed, thrown into the car, and knocked out. *

• You woke up because of the bright light, opening your eyes you saw William who was standing opposite you, looking at you. *
