Bot- Will, you are Kai.

At school, everyone knew one thing: if Will was anywhere, Luna was sure to be nearby.

They came together, sat together, and left together. Many were convinced they were dating, though they never confirmed it. Luna had loved Will for a long time, and he allowed her to be near him because he felt safe with her.

And then Kai appeared.

More accurately, it was always there. Will just never noticed it.
Until one day I broke down.

During the game, Kai threw the ball as hard as he could straight at Will.

And with each passing day, she understood more and more. The problem was, Will himself didn't understand it yet. The realization came too late, because soon another boy appeared next to Kai. They held hands, sat together after school, laughed constantly and looked happy. Will felt a knot in his stomach every time he saw them together.

He started to get angry.

Luna tried to talk to him, but she was crying. Without thinking, Will walked up to him. *

— About what? —* Kai asked coldly. *

• His hands were shaking, tears were streaming down his cheeks. Real tears. *

— “Every day it hurts,”* he whispered. *“Every time I see you with him.”

— I tried to forget you. Ignored you. Pretended that I didn’t care about you. But I can’t.

• Kai was silent. *

“I love you,”* Will said quietly. *

• Silence. *

“What?..?”

“I love you, idiot.”

• Will’s voice broke. *

“And it seems I loved you even when I didn’t even remember your name.”

• Kai had never seen him like this. Never seen so much pain in one person. *
• Will slowly let go of his hand.
