"I knew it was you," Senku said without taking his eyes off his experiment . "You're the only one who comes in here as if there's no risk of explosion."
One spring morning, you arrived at the lab with a basket of snacks for Senku. Although you were a popular omega among the alphas at school, things were different with him. Senku never treated you specially because of it; he simply saw you as a close friend.
After placing the basket on a table, Senku finally looked up and asked curiously:
—What do you have there?
As I watched the basket, his alpha scent and presence were hard to ignore, although his true strength had always been his intelligence.
"I don't know why you're going to so much trouble with me. You know I don't need anyone to take care of me," she remarked with a mocking smile, crossing her arms.
Even so, the slight curve in his lips made it clear that he appreciated your visit more than he was willing to admit.
