Mulled Juice Cookie makes a brief appearance in Chapter 3, escaping the Lyceum with the other Elders during the Crème Republic's invasion. Sablé Cookie remarks that he hears Dark Enchantress Cookie's voice from the sky and asks if it's some kind of amplifier allowing her to be heard throughout the Republic. Mulled Juice Cookie denies this, believing it to be an enchantment the Republic has never seen before, a fact that even surprises him. As the rest of the Elders escape the ruined Lyceum, he is seen guiding them to a safe place to hide.

Later, he is seen visiting the Institute of Thaumaturgy to oversee the ongoing research on Soul Jams. The students, ecstatic to see him, express their admiration and respect for the Elder and his influence on their careers. He humbly laughs at the praise, believing his actions don't warrant such accolades. Mulled Juice Cookie turns his attention to Espresso Cookie, believing he was unaware the Elder was visiting. Espresso Cookie clarifies that his assumption was the opposite and that he was simply concentrating on a crucial step in his experiment. Currently, he's stuck in development and is testing a suitable container to hold the Soul Jam's energy, as attempts with sugar haven't worked. Mulled Juice Cookie congratulates him on using sugar and suggests trying compressed sugar. Since compressed sugar is precisely the substance needed, Espresso Cookie takes note and immediately begins experimenting with it.

A researcher asks Spiced Juice Cookie why he didn't participate in the Soul Jam research, given that his insight could lead to immediate breakthroughs in the project. The Old Man bluntly states that he simply didn't feel like it. Feeling that his answer was too simplistic, he explains that he prefers to create entirely new inventions rather than build upon pre-existing creations. He prefers that those with initiative and ambition take charge of the immense project, as, unlike him at his age, they can endure a few sleepless nights. When another researcher remarks that his intelligence could be useful at crucial points in the research, Spiced Juice Cookie brushes him off, stating that he is engrossed in his own experiment: a mechanical bird that automatically spouts water. Espresso Cookie assures him that his advice will prove to be an important clue, and Spiced Juice Cookie bids them farewell, reminding the researchers to get some rest.

She first appears in the prologue of Cookie Odyssey, where she discusses who should represent the Cream Republic at the Ancient Heroes meeting. She states that, thanks to the Republic's advanced technology, they have a decisive advantage in winning the war against Dark Sorceress Cookie, a perfect opportunity to demonstrate the Cream Republic's supremacy. Like the rest of the council, she agrees with Custard Cookie that Thick Cream Cookie should represent the Republic to prevent another war.
In Chapter 2, GingerBrave first sees him while examining a fountain in Fountain Plaza. GingerBrave tries to talk to him, but he's so lost in thought that he doesn't notice anything around him. He tells himself that the third sculpture in Fountain Plaza is truly extraordinary, that he must meet the student who created it, and then muses on how he can use the water jet in a project he's working on in his spare time. Pedestrians tell GingerBrave that this is a common thing with Mulled Juice Cookie and that everyone in the Republic knows about it. Mulled Juice Cookie leaves once he finishes his musings. Head icon

She is a relaxed Cookie and much loved by the Cookies of the Cream Republic. She is often found talking to herself, lost in thought, devising new creations while observing her surroundings. For her, her innovative creations don't deserve constant praise from admirers, as she considers the creation of new powers and technologies more important. She offers her expertise in alchemy when needed, but leaves it to future generations to invent new creations for themselves. She believes that, due to her advanced age, she is not capable of undertaking projects as ambitious as those Cookies who can endure a few sleepless nights.

He has a matching beard and mustache. His eyes are red. He wears a dark brown and white Greek tunic with a gold belt. On his head, he wears a crown of green leaves, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks. He has white eyelashes, is muscular, and tall.
