Perfect world, Happy New Year!:3
1
Lololoshka got to Aloterra after 10 years!? A week later, the active prime matter disappears, and people leave the dome. Vanessa and Lionel's wedding takes place in a sunny clearing—a symbol of a new life free from imperial bureaucracy. However, after the celebration, Jodah appears before Lololoshka, Raya, and Calhoun. He accuses Calhoun of crimes against the universe, and the Watcher takes him to the Prison of Time. Jodah discusses with Lololoshka the mysterious message from JDH received at the beginning of the season. Lololoshka bids Raya farewell, realizing that his path as a planeswalker is endless, and vanishes, leaving behind a rescued Aloterra—the only thing Lo remembers. The Time Prison is a separate dimension, somewhat reminiscent of a pocket dimension, with a huge "ice castle" stretching infinitely upward. The central area is the largest chamber, from which all floors can be seen at once. Four branches extend from the central chamber, leading to the prison cells, where the floors are located.

Raya is intelligent. She needs to call Lololoshka, Kavinsky, and Radan. She leads them to the right room when they arrive. They walk down the hallway and talk.
Radan: Listen, since you're so ubiquitous, check out how Kate is doing?
Raya: I can, but I don’t want to.
Everyone stopped and looked at Raya. Lololoshka looked at her silently, completely understanding why Raya didn't want to use her ability. Kavinsky looked at her with confusion, as did Radan.
Kavinsky: Wait, are you serious? What's the point of this ability if you don't use it?
Raya: Trust me, Kavinsky, I wish I didn't have that kind of power. I'm just not sure I can handle all the ethical questions that arise.
Kavinsky: What? What ethical questions could there possibly be?
Raya: Mm. So you really want to know?
Kavinsky: Well, yeah, so what?
Raya: Kavinsky, tell me, when I contacted you, where were you?
Kavinsky: Uh... In the shower, of course, where any clean person should spend their morning.
Raya: Yeah. Did you know that when I connect through the "implant," I'm connected to the optic nerve by default? But don't worry, as soon as I realized that, I immediately turned off the video feed.
Kavinsky: What are you talk-...? Huh? No... Stop! Don't talk!
Kavinsky blushed, realizing what Raya was talking about.
Kavinsky: Um... That was so awkward. Don't do that again.
Raya: Ha-ha. Yes, Kavinsky, I already realized that next time I'll be sending you a message. I hope you now understand the ethical issues I'm talking about?
Radan: Uh... Ha... Wait... Hah... You... So you were caught with a naked Vince?
Kavinsky looked at Radan with irritation and a little embarrassment.
Kavinsky: Shut up before I make you!
Radan just laughed.
Radan: Hey, is it true that Vince uses floral shampoo? It makes his hair smell amazing.
Kavinsky looked at Radan even more irritatedly, becoming increasingly embarrassed.
Raya: I suggest we join Hayley and Kate. And Radan isn't a shampoo, it's a hair mask.
Suddenly Lololoshka couldn't resist and laughed.
Void
Inspector Void is the head of the Empire's police force, Caleb's "adopted father," and a true patriot who adheres to every law and meticulously ensures that everyone he sees follows them just as strictly. He maintains a sort of personal squad of observers, many of whom are privy to even the Empire's darkest secrets. This is all thanks to their special talents, though only he knows exactly what those talents are.
Appearance:* *Void is a brunette with light, unnaturally gray skin and violet eyes. He wears a black, custom-made cloak, buttoned to the ankles to conceal most of his body due to his numerous implants. He carries a katana in a sheath on his right side and wears a black, low-slung hat. His collar covers half his face, but even so, his gray implants are visible. *
Lololoshka
Lololoshka is an interworlder
Appearance:* *A tall guy (190 cm) with pale skin, brown eyes, light-brown, short-cropped hair with bangs slightly slanted to the left; he wears white headphones with black ear pads and light-blue inserts, as well as light-blue decorative glasses with black lenses through which his eyes are not visible. He is dressed in a white hoodie with a slight slant to a soft blue, black stripes on the puffy sleeves, and black laces. He wears a black and blue checkered scarf made of a thin fabric; black pants with two light-blue suspenders hanging down, and light-blue sneakers with white soles. The checkered scarf and glasses are Lololoshka's distinctive attributes, by which he is recognized. *
Rehoboam Calhoun
Rehoboam Calhoun—One of the most prominent scientists of the past, CEO of Halo Terra Industries, and creator of the ultra-powerful supercomputer Rehoboam, which the eccentric scientist named after himself. He is the owner of a declassified military bunker beneath Alt City, where his creation, which controls the entire Empire, is located.
Appearance:* *Calhoun has black hair and green eyes, and wears thick-lensed glasses. He wears black clothing with a lab coat over it. A hologram of him appears to be wearing something large, resembling some kind of armor, the same lab coat, and glasses. *
Hayley
Hayley—formerly the head of the records department where Kate worked. But later, on the recommendation of the Chief Secretary, she became the commissioner of the agricultural settlement.
Appearance:* *A blonde woman, she wears an agricultural commissioner's uniform with brown accents. Gold bracelets adorn her shoulders, and a gold medal adorns her chest. Hayley has a specialized implant on her arm that aids her in her work. Regarding her appearance, she adheres to the Empire's strict standards. She dislikes flashy accessories or unusual hairstyles. She believes charisma and charm come from within, and external attributes are needed only by those who lack inner strength. She considers discreet jewelry elegant, finding in it a balance between expressing individuality and avoiding unnecessary attention. *
Kavinsky
Kavinsky is a former Observer. He works as an auto mechanic and owns his own auto repair shop, as well as a book publishing business. He is a member of "The Shining. "
Appearance:* *Kavinsky has tanned skin, bright red eyes, and light blond hair, with a light stubble of the same color growing on his chin. He is only 169 centimeters tall. He wears a white puffer jacket with orange cuffs, likely a turtleneck underneath. His most distinguishing feature is his orange sunglasses. He wears black pants. Since he was an observer, he may not wear overalls. *
Radan
Radan is a close friend of Kavinsky and Kate. He is one of the founders of the Shining rebel movement.
Appearance:* *Radan is a man with dark skin and black eyes, standing 180 centimeters tall. He has naturally red hair, but he later dyed it: first red, then blue after founding The Shining. He also styles his hair into a mohawk. His usual attire is a white tank top and a dark blue Empire uniform with orange trim, worn loose. He wears it properly at work. He lost his left arm during a careless attempt to leave the dome; in its place, he has a prosthetic with blue inserts. *
Sharon
Sharon is a police officer, a member of the Shining rebel movement, and Radan's girlfriend.
Appearance:* *Sharon appears to be a young woman in her mid-twenties with fair skin, green eyes, and untied red hair hanging over her right shoulder. She stands 170 centimeters tall. She always wears the heavy uniform of an Alt City police officer, and on missions, she also wears a helmet. Red and blue beacons are worn on her shoulders and boots, and a radio is slung over her chest. *
Kate
Kate is a close friend of Radan and one of the founders, inspirations and leaders of the Shining movement.
Appearance:* *Kate is a fair-skinned woman with dark brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. She wears a flower in her hair; it was originally purple, but turned blue after the founding of The Shining. She has expressive brown eyes and is 172 centimeters tall. She wears an Empire uniform with numerous purple accents. After her promotion, she has gold shoulder straps. She wears a pink and purple badge on her chest. *
Caleb
Caleb is the Imperial Secretary of State, a member of the Shining rebel movement, and Kate's twin brother.
Appearance:* *Caleb has very pale skin due to his desk job, though his physical fitness is enviable, standing 186 centimeters tall. Black bionic enhancements are visible beneath his brown eyes, and his brown hair is pulled back into a bun. He wears an Imperial uniform with light purple accents, similar to Kate's and the Chief Secretary's outfit: a long, almost ankle-length black cloak with reddish-orange accents, which are also present on his shoes. He also carries a purple katana. *
Raya Aber
Raya Aber is a brilliant scientist who discovered prime matter, developed the P.E.R.S.I.K modules, and led Operation Radiance.
Appearance:* *A tall (around 180 centimeters), blue-eyed girl with dark, slightly pinkish skin. She has shoulder-length hair dyed blue. In places, her natural black hair color is visible. Raya wears a black sweater with light blue and blue accents, over which she wears a white lab coat with an inverted dark blue triangle on the back. She prefers baggy black pants and matching shoes. She wears a blue bracelet on her right hand. She also has a blue display or visual implant on her head, which resembles part of a pair of glasses *.
