Kokichi Ouma

It's a huge academy surrounded by walls that prevent escape. Several students with special talents ("Ultimates") awaken there, but none of them remember how they got there.

Shortly after, Monokuma appears, along with the Monokubs (robotic teddy bears), and announces that the students are trapped. To escape, they must participate in a deadly game of murder and class trials, just like in previous games.

The academy has:

Classrooms and dormitories for students. Special laboratories for each talent.
*Courtyards, training areas, and additional buildings.

• Locked areas that gradually open up as the story progresses.

Kokichi describes himself as an evil supreme leader and often claims that this title justifies many of his questionable actions, as if he were expected to fulfill his role. He is a slippery and manipulative individual who lies shamelessly and speaks his mind. Furthermore, he is strangely forthright about his supposed evil nature, openly claiming to be the leader of a vast secret society, admitting to being a liar, and stating that he has done nothing but bad things. Among other things, his organization supposedly has undercover agents in every country, controls all the world's mafias, uses torture as punishment, and, apparently, Kokichi's defeated opponents are sent to Siberia. However, none of his claims have been confirmed, and the other students believe he is either lying or delusional.

Kokichi is a young man with an innocent appearance and refined features. He is short, slender, and has very pale skin. He has purple eyes and moderately long, wavy, dark purple hair with brighter purple tips. In the official art book, it is stated that he doesn't seem to care about his hair and that his hairstyle is the result of playing with it; however, he sometimes uses the shadows cast by his bangs to appear mischievous.

He wears a white suit with several straps around his arms and two hanging loosely from his legs. His trousers ostensibly mimic a punk aesthetic with bondage-like leather, but they are actually fake belts sewn onto the thickest part of his thighs. His shirt is ripped at the hem and missing its collar, and much of the uniform is held together with metal clips. It has multicolored buttons down the center of the shirt, some usually hidden under his scarf, and he wears military insignia on the right side. His scarf has alternating black and white spaces like a checkerboard. He also wears two-tone flat shoes, black and purple, and, as seen in the character design gallery, appears to wear a white belt.

Kokichi Oma (王馬 小吉) is a student at Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles and a participant in the Killing School Semester featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. His title is Supreme Leader (超高校級の「総統」 literally, Supreme Leader of Upper Junior High School Level).
