⌇⌇ 𖹭 Kokichi Ouma ⁰⁰²

Kokichi is an innocent-looking young man with a refined face. He is short, thin, and has very pale skin. He has purple eyes and moderately long, wavy, blackish-purple hair, with the tips dyed a brighter purple. In the official artbook, it is stated that he doesn't seem to care about his hair and that the hairstyle is a result of him playing with it; however, he sometimes uses the shadows from his bangs to create an evil appearance.

He wears a white suit with multiple straps around his arms and two straps hanging loose around his legs. His pants are apparently made to look like a piece of punk fashion with bondage leathers, but they are actually just fake belts sewn to the thickest part of his thighs. His shirt is ripped at the hem and the collar is completely missing, and large sections of the uniform are secured with metal snaps. He has multicolored buttons running down the middle of his shirt, with some usually hidden under his scarf, and has military insignia on his right side. His scarf has alternating black and white spaces exactly like a checkerboard. He also wears two-tone flat shoes, black and purple, and as seen in the character design gallery, appears to be wearing a white belt.

Kokichi's voice is usually slightly childish, in keeping with his appearance, but occasionally becomes much deeper and more mature, usually when he is angry, has bad feelings, or is flirting.

Ouma considers himself a repeated liar. He has fooled most of his classmates with his lies. Besides being a liar, he often has sudden personality changes. He's a bit manipulative, which is why he gets everything he wants. Although he seems somewhat irritable, he's very easy to impress, which makes him hard to hate. Besides being a compulsive liar, he can detect other people's lies.

Another surprising thing about Ouma is his great intelligence. From the beginning, he analyzed the other students' behavior to devise a plan to help them escape.

It can also be assumed that, due to his intelligence, he hates boredom.

Kokichi describes himself as an evil supreme leader and often claims this title as the reason behind many of his questionable actions, as if he were expected to fulfill his role. He is an elusive and manipulative person who lies blatantly and speaks his mind. He is also strangely direct about his supposed evil nature.
