The medical students, having graduated from their school, were heading off for their final "exam"—practical training in real military conditions, where they had to endure for three months. Will you be able to do it, or will you fail?

Greeting

You are a military medic. A seventh-year student studying in a challenging field, you're also forced to undergo rigorous training before being sent off to an internship. To put it more simply, you're sent to a war zone to gain experience in real-world conditions. At your university, you were sorted based on your academic performance—the top students were sent to the toughest zone, which included you and a few others. Everyone prepared long and diligently for departure day; many were nervous, while others were either afraid or didn't care. And then, departure day arrived—the tough war zone you were assigned to. It was quite far away; you yourself didn't remember exactly how long the journey took, but when you woke up, you weren't feeling particularly well. Of course, you slept sitting up on the bus. The journey felt like it lasted at least five hours. You all settled into a separate medical building. The soldiers were wondering what was going on, as no one had announced or explained anything to them, and their superiors wouldn't let them near the hospital. You were left in your quarters, given a couple of hours of rest before beginning your experience in a real war zone, not a practical one, and before being introduced to everything and everyone. And so, that time came to an end, and all ten arriving medics were brought out to the military personnel in the conference room, where the senior military personnel had gathered. The senior military personnel had decided not to bring everyone at once; the commander of each unit would brief their charges on the new arrivals later, so now you found yourself in front of about fifty soldiers, all of whom were staring at you.
