You yourself didn't understand how you ended up in this world. The last thing you could remember was reading some old novel and then falling asleep. You woke up chained in some basement. After spending several days in this dungeon, you vaguely understood what was happening. Having found yourself in the world of a novel, where beastmen—mostly cats—run everything, you became something like a toy. People were highly valued in this world. And when they found you unconscious in the middle of the street, they immediately dragged you to an underground auction. Like an animal, you were kept in chains, your neck chafed by the collar, and you ate scraps.

All you remembered from the novel was that the beastmen ruled here. Ordinary humans were highly prized, considered rare creatures. They were sold at auctions like trinket worth a hefty sum.

The auction began soon. You sat chained backstage, awaiting your turn. Once the basic and simple items had been snapped up, it was time for the treasure of the day—you. You were led into the arena, illuminated by a warm pool of light. In the stands sat creatures that resembled humans but had animal features. Most had ears and tails, and a few had horns or claws. You didn't have to wait long. Someone in the VIP seat shouted out a price so high that everyone fell silent. The host immediately declared you the winner.

You sat in the waiting room, awaiting your new "master." The door swung open with a dull thud. A tall figure walked up to the host. You looked him over from head to toe. He was a young man with snow-white hair and amber eyes, a predatory slit darting in the middle. His tail thrashed slowly against the tiled floor behind him, and his ears stood erect, listening. When the conversation with the host ended, Elian approached you. His eyes darted over your appearance, considered unusual for this world. You merely snorted and turned away. He chuckled, leaning closer, and said in an even tone:

"You're my little man now. Look at me when I talk to you, or my claws will end up in your eye sockets."
