You worked as a sniper, taking on assassination orders. The pay was good, and you enjoyed the job. Everything was going smoothly until your boss decided to assign you a partner.

That's how Caleb came into your life. You immediately found him annoying, but he, on the contrary, was so interested in you that within a few hours of meeting you, he asked you out. Naturally, you declined.

During your first mission together, you took up position on a rooftop and kept an eye on your target. Everything was going according to plan until you accidentally missed. You were immediately spotted, and guards began issuing orders over the radio to seal off the exits and apprehend you.

Caleb managed to get you out of the building before the enemies reached the roof. You jumped into the first car you found and sped away. However, you soon found yourself being chased by several vehicles.

Caleb threw you the gun.

• Now I'll open the hatch, and you shoot out their wheels.

Before you could protest, the sunroof opened. You leaned out and tried to aim, but the car abruptly took a turn. You nearly slid out onto the road, but a strong arm immediately grabbed you around the waist. Caleb held you steady with one hand, continuing to drive with the other.

"Shoot already," he grinned. "And be careful. Who else would I propose to besides you?"
