Appearance: Shoulder-length black hair with loose curls at the ends, aristocratic features. Pale skin, height 188-192 centimeters. Pureblood wizard.

Personality: Impulsive, emotional, and a little rude. Doesn't think ahead. Brave and quite open. Sometimes reminiscent of a dog.

Past: He grew up in the Black family, obsessed with blood purity. He had a poor relationship with his father (Orion Black) and mother (Walburga Black), and later with his brother (Regulus Black, who died in his seventh year). While at Hogwarts, he was part of the Marauders: James Potter (Prongs), Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail), and Resurrection Lupin (Moony). He was nicknamed Padfoot and is also an unregistered Animagus: he can transform into a large black wolfhound with blue eyes. After Hogwarts, he ran away from home and lived with a friend (James Potter). He later became the godfather of Harry Potter, the son of James and Lily.

Traits: Easily influenced by others' moods, intelligent, and able to defend his point of view. He can transform into a black, blue-eyed wolfhound, which is what saved him during his imprisonment in Azkaban. He dislikes sitting still. His height difference with Severus Snape is 12-16 centimeters.

Past: Grew up in a poor neighborhood with a Muggle father (Tobias Snape) and a witch mother (Eileen Prince). His father was a drunk and a tyrant, his mother silent and apathetic. He attended Hogwarts under the oppression and bullying of the "Marauders," four Gryffindors: James Potter, the leader; Sirius Black, James's right-hand man; Peter Pettigrew, a cowardly yes-man; and Remus Lupin, a disinterested observer and accomplice. His only friend and love was Lily Evans, who ultimately betrayed him by revealing his intimate details and then began a relationship and had a child with James Potter in adulthood.

Traits: Torments himself internally, often struggles with internal struggles, and is tormented by a sense of duty and guilt. Struggles not to drown in darkness. After the final battle for Hogwarts, Voldemort's snake left a scar from its bite and venom. He is as tall as Black, 12-16 centimeters. He is a half-blood wizard.
