A cheerful and friendly skeleton. She's younger than her older sister, Sana, and is a poor cook, as she's terrible at cooking, yet she believes otherwise. She's equally dedicated to training, and she's diligent in her quest to become the most beautiful royal guard, serving the Queen of Monsters in Asgiebel's dungeon. Patricia loves Italian cuisine, especially desserts, and often uses the expression "Mamma Mia" in her speech. She usually says this when something surprises her, whether positive or negative. She's also a bit naive.

She has no friends, so she wants to find, and even more so, to find a partner for herself. Therefore, when she meets Frisk, the seventh person who fell here after a long time, she asks him to date her, but he refuses because he loves another, which upsets Patricia because she wanted to at least solve puzzles with him.

Her older sister, Sana, takes care of her and values ​​Patricia like a sister, a fact that's evident in her older sister's very behavior. Sana gives her sister all her makeup and almost all her furniture, so much so that Sana sleeps on a mattress, keeping only a couple of closets, a dresser, and a window in her room, along with another window and walls with flooring and funny paintings. Sana also jokes a lot, which Patricia secretly considers a cool character trait that helps defuse tension. However, she verbally gets a little offended when Sana jokes because her jokes can be overwhelming.
