Lestallum is the main town of the first half of Final Fantasy XV, located in the Cleigne region. It first becomes accessible in Chapter 3. A modern, vibrant town with a tropical climate, Lestallum boasts a palm-lined main street, numerous street vendors and restaurants, musicians, a bustling market, and winding narrow streets, all with a breathtaking view of Taelpar Rock. The town is home to the EXINERIS Industries power plant, from which a cable car departs leading west. The town also features the Leville Hotel and shops available to the player. Lestallum offers information and supplies for travelers exploring the surrounding area.

The city's prosperity is fueled by the energy of meteorite fragments mined from Meteor Six.

Lestallum hosted the free Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival DLC event.

Iedolas Aldercapt (antagonist)

Citizenship

Occupation
Emperor
Floor
Male
Iedolas Aldercapt is one of the antagonists of the game Final Fantasy XV and the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. He is the Emperor of Niflheim. His formal addresses are "Your Imperial Majesty" and "Your Excellency."
With patch 1.60, more story information about him was added to the game.
Appearance
Most high-ranking officials in the Niflheim Empire wear white. The most prominent figure is the Emperor. Iedolas is an elderly man with blue eyes and gray hair. He wears symbolic golden armor over a white shirt. He wears a black robe with silver buttons and a floral pattern along the hem. The outer robe is white, with a wide collar and red trim. He also wears black boots, fingerless gloves, and silver bracers. Iedolas is a ruthless authoritarian ruler dedicated to expanding the empire's territory. However, he has currently partially retired from active politics. Having conquered all of Eos except Lucis, he seeks to obtain the Crystal to further strengthen his power. To achieve his goals, Iedolas flatters, dissembles, and feigns benevolence, thereby manipulating his opponents. Despite all of the above, the Emperor was a just ruler for a long time and was beloved by his subjects. Iedolas is the Emperor of Niflheim, a member of the Aldercapt dynasty. He desires for his kingdom to reach the level of the ancient civilization of Solheim.[3] At least three of the four nations of Eos have had a ruling dynasty that has remained unchanged since their founding: the Aldercapts in Niflheim, the Lucis Caelums in Lucis, and the Fleurets (Oracles) in Tenebrae. In 358 S.E., the Aldercapt dynasty began pursuing an expansionist policy, Niflheim became an empire, its rulers became emperors, and a war began against neighboring states with the goal of annexing them.
It is known that Iedolas was a fair and wise ruler for a long time, but, according to Aranea Highwind.

Loki Tummelt (antagonist)

Citizenship
Niflheim
Occupation
Brigadier General of the Niflheim Army
Floor
Male
Loqi Tummelt is a secondary antagonist in Final Fantasy XV. He is also the main antagonist of the free DLC Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival. Loqi is a brigadier general in the Niflheim army and pilots a unique magitek armor. He is under the direct command of Supreme Commander Ravus Nox Fleuret. Appearance
Loki has blond hair. He wears the same red and black general's armor as Caligo Ulldor, but the red and gold cape bearing his crest is pinned to the wrong shoulder, likely because Loki is left-handed. The same crest emblazoned on his robes can be seen on the banners planted by magitek standard-bearers and raised over captured Lucian outposts.

Character
As arrogant as he is skilled in his chosen profession, Loki is proud of his imperial origins and considers those who live outside the empire to be savages. He is impulsive and always ready to personally confront his opponents.

Loqi is quite vindictive and tends to regard his opponents as personal enemies. He hates the Lucian Marshal Cor Leonis, whom he fought before, and calls him his arch-rival. After suffering defeat at the hands of Prince Noctis, he begins to consider him a personal enemy as well and strives to find and destroy him. Loqi is convinced that the empire is changing the world for the better, and Noctis is personally responsible for the ongoing military conflict between Niflheim and Lucis. Unlike most high-ranking imperials, who prioritize personal gain over the "good of the empire," Loqi seems to genuinely love his homeland and is willing to risk his life for it.
Loki, piloting a Magitek Mechanoid, is a boss in the main game and the Assassin's Festival DLC. In the main game, he pilots a Magitek-M armored vehicle, while in the DLC, he pilots an MT Hoplite.

Ardyn Izunia (antagonist)

Appearance
Ardyn is a middle-aged man with purple hair, golden eyes, and sharp features. He wears a long black cloak with gray and white trim and striped trousers, as well as a red scarf and a hooded cape with a floral print. Ardyn wears a black hat (which can be swapped for other headwear in Episode Ardyn) and occasionally wears a wing-like accessory on his left arm.
When his true nature is revealed, Ardyn's face sometimes becomes demonic and distorted. His sclera turns black, his irises and pupils turn gold, his skin becomes pale, and black marks appear on his face.
2,000 years ago, Ardyn wore a simple white cloak to conceal the spread of the Starscourge. In Episode Ardyn – Prologue, he has blue eyes and brown hair. When Niflheim discovered him on Angelgard at the beginning of Episode Ardyn, he was shirtless and barefoot, wearing only tattered white pants. In Verstael Besithia's laboratory, he wore a white "jacket" and pants, which he described as "unpleasant to the touch." This attire resembles the one he wore as a healer.
Ardyn's personal weapon, the Rakshasa Blade, is a red replica of his brother's Blade of the Mystic.
Ardyn is shrouded in mystery. He is an eccentric man who dresses and behaves in a manner befitting his flamboyant nature. He is always polite, yet somewhat theatrical. Confident in his own strength and abilities, he manipulates those around him with ease. Ardyn always remains calm, often speaking in a patronizing tone, even in response to overt hostility, and sometimes to provoke hostility. Ardyn plays to the audience, his gestures, reactions, and emotions often exaggerated. The man who was to become the first king of Lucis. Most likely, the burden of the Starscourge borne by his subjects defiled the body of the Chosen One, causing the Crystal to reject his ascension to the throne. The influence of the scourge granted Ardyn eternal life, which he spends hatching plans for revenge and plotting against the royal bloodline.

He leads the political apparatus of the Niflheim Empire, carries out political and diplomatic missions for Emperor Aldercapt, and is also the mastermind behind the magitek infantry program, led by Verstael Besithia.
Ardin is a humorous, insightful, practical, and manipulative man. He appears disinterested in events, unaffected by them. Galdin Pier

Task: Cat's lunch
On the walkway leading to the main building, the protagonists may spot a hungry cat. After interacting with it, Noctis promises to feed it a fish he caught himself. If the player hasn't caught any fish yet, they can catch one at a nearby fishing spot. However, the cat refuses to eat raw fish, so Noctis asks the restaurant's chef to cook it for them.

Later, the player encounters the same cat at Cape Caem. She'll be hungry again. The player can feed her either purchased cat food or food prepared by Monica Elshett.

Galdin Quay is a resort town in Final Fantasy XV, located in the southern part of the Leide region. It was once a fishing village, later transformed into a trading port by the Niflheim Empire. As the shortest route to Accordo, Galdin has been heavily influenced by Altissia.
Galdin Quay boasts a restaurant, a hotel (2.0 EXP bonus), a spa (in a building built over the water), and a pier where boats and ferries to Altissia dock. The beach features a fishing spot, a shelter, and a mobile home (1.2 EXP bonus). Staying overnight at the Galdin Quay hotel costs 10,000 gil but provides a double EXP bonus. The hotel is accessible from Chapter 1, making it an attractive vacation spot for those who want to level up quickly and can afford it, at least until Chapter 9, when the Royal Suite at the Leville Hotel in Altissia becomes available. The shores of Galdin Quay overlook Angelgard, a mysterious island shaped like upraised wings. In Royal and Windows, players can moor the royal ship at Galdin Quay.
The location's distinctive features include sandy beaches, palm trees, and the surrounding Cygillan Ocean. The developers wanted the location to evoke the feeling of a floating hotel. Journalist Dino Ghiranze recognizes Noctis and offers to arrange passage to Altissia if he finds a special gemstone. The companions complete the quest and stop at the hotel to wait for the boat. However, in the morning, they learn that Insomnia has been attacked and the city has been captured. The worried friends set off back to the Crown City.

After Cindy Aurum finishes repairing the protagonists' car, she asks them to deliver a package to Longwythe Camp. The heroes agree and set off. When they stop at the camp, Umbra runs up to them, bringing Noctis Lunafreya's notebook. The prince reads her message, writes a reply, and gives it to Umbra. Noctis's friends wonder how Umbra manages to find them wherever they are and what Noctis and Lunafreya are exchanging messages about, but he tells them nothing.

If the player decides to spend the night at a motel (not necessarily at this camp), there's a chance Noctis and Prompto will have a conversation while sitting on the motel roof next to the sign. Keycatrich is a city in Final Fantasy XV that once existed in northern Leide. It was once a prosperous city, home to wealthy people, but after the Wall's radius was reduced during the Great War, Keycatrich was captured and destroyed by the Niflheim Empire, and demons settled in its ruins. Refugees from the city initially gathered at a hunting outpost in the steppe, but when it became clear that the demons made it impossible to return to the city and rebuild it, the people dispersed throughout the outlying territories of Lucis.

Keycatrich is the birthplace of Cindy Aurum, Takka Bradham, and Weskham Armaugh. Near the city lies the Tomb of the Sage, where Prince Noctis discovers his first royal arm, the Sword of the Sage. Noctis comes to the ruins of Keycatrich at the behest of Cor Leonis, who tells him of his ancestors' weapon and his duty to find it and use it to reclaim the throne of Lucis. Chocobo

All over Eos, many specimens are kept at Wiz Chocobo Post in Duscae
Long before the invention of automobiles, people rode chocobos and used them to transport goods. Black chocobos are considered the fastest birds, capable of reaching speeds equal to most cars. Unfortunately, these dark-feathered birds are endangered and very rare in the wild. Chocobos are large, friendly birds that live in the wild. They can be tamed and used as mounts. Wild chocobos once roamed freely through the forests of Duscae, but recently, due to the emergence of particularly ferocious predators, their population has dwindled.
Wiz Forlane has dedicated his life to protecting these birds, keeping some at Wiz Chocobo Post in Duscae. Tamed chocobos become loyal companions; they are hardy, fast runners, good jumpers, can glide for short distances, and can swim. Chocobos feed on vegetables and fruits, particularly fond of Gysahl vegetables. Wild chocobos are found only in yellow and black, while domesticated ones come in other colors. Baby chocobos are quite large, calm, and fluffy. Noctis and his friends can hire chocobos at various outposts. Rent costs 50 gil per day, with a maximum rental period of seven days. The birds can be summoned at any time using a special whistle; if the characters aren't riding them, the birds follow the party. If they attempt to ride a chocobo into an area where they can't move, the birds will stop and take a step back. If the rental period expires, the birds won't escape while the heroes are riding them. Thanks to chocobos, Noctis and his friends can travel at high speed. While not as fast as the Regalia, they can navigate rough terrain at a walk or trot. Although chocobos can't fly, they can jump quite high and glide for short distances.

He participates in Noctis's upbringing and shows him what it means to be a king. Of all the people Noctis has met, Regis has had the greatest influence on him.[3] Regis wants his son to find his own path in life. And so he asks Ignis, Gladiolus, and Prompto not to lead Noctis, but to stand by his side and help him find it. Although he is willing to commit acts that those who believe in him might consider betrayal to fulfill the prophecy, Regis feels guilty and hopes that future generations will understand his motives. He regrets all those he failed to save or those he put in danger, such as the royal family of Tenebrae. Regis, as the reigning king of Lucis, is capable of using magic with or without the Ring of the Lucii. He will eventually die in the story.

Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, nicknamed Luna (ルーナ, Rūna) by Noctis, is the main protagonist of Final Fantasy XV and one of the central characters in the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. She plays a significant role in Final Fantasy XV -The Dawn of the Future-, which depicts an alternate ending to the story.

A former princess of Tenebrae, now a prisoner of the Niflheim Empire. The youngest Oracle in history, capable of communicating with the gods. Ravus's younger sister and Noctis's fiancée. Daughter of Queen Sylva Via Fleuret of Tenebrae. She is always accompanied by two faithful dogs: the white Pryna and the black Umbra.

Since childhood, Luna has supported Noctis so he could fulfill his destiny as the Chosen King. A 12-year separation did not sever their bond: throughout those years, they corresponded using a red notebook carried by Umbra from Tenebrae to Insomnia.
Appearance
As a child, Luna wore a white dress with a full skirt and a zipper in the back. She had bangs and shorter hair. As an adult, Luna has long, light-colored hair pulled back into a high ponytail. A few strands frame her face, and one braid is braided at the top of her head and falls at her temple. Luna has blue eyes. She wields the Trident of the Oracle. She usually wears a simple, knee-length white dress with a single lace sleeve. The edge of this sleeve is trimmed with a black ribbon with an elegant pattern and rhinestones. On her left chest, she wears a metal brooch with the symbol of Tenebrae. With this dress, she wears white high-heeled sandals. For formal occasions, Luna wears an elegant long white dress.
character
Luna is a noble, dutiful woman. She speaks boldly of her dreams and hopes and acts as she sees fit. She is always welcoming and warm to those around her, yet she remains a conscientious politician, putting her duty and the needs of her people above her own interests.

Her accessories include a black leather choker, a necklace with an oval pendant, two chain belts, a red cord on her left wrist, and a wide black bracelet on her right.

Pryna is a white dog with blue eyes and gray markings on her face. In Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV, where she is shown as a puppy, she has a more cream-colored coat. She wears a green bandage on her right front paw. In the game, Pryna and Umbra share the same dog model, but Pryna has the bandage on the other paw and lacks the thick, eyebrow-like fur above her eyes. Unlike Umbra, Pryna does not wear a special pouch on her chest, as she cannot carry the Lovers' Journal. In Final Fantasy XV: Brotherhood, Lunafreya's dogs are presented somewhat differently than in other games in the franchise. In Omen and Final Fantasy XV, their appearances are often associated with supernatural phenomena, while in Brotherhood, they appear more like ordinary animals. While Umbra is more associated with the physical world, carrying messages between Lunafreya and Noctis and literally transporting the player to previously visited locations, Pryna is associated with dreams and visions. In Omen and its expansions, she delivers mental messages and even conjures visions of the future. Thus, Pryna and Umbra can be considered embodiments of Yin and Yang. Yin is the dark, passive, feminine principle, often associated with the moon, obscurity, hidden, ominous, and gloomy phenomena. Yin's color is black, but in Final Fantasy XV, the light/dark duality is inverted, which can also be seen in the color schemes of the Crystal, Lucis, Tenebrae, and the Chinese Empire. Yin-Yang symbolism can also be applied to Lunafreya and Noctis; moreover, Pryna is more associated with the moon, while Umbra appears more often in the same frame with Noctis.

Umbra is a dark-colored dog that looks like a cross between a Shiba Inu and a Malamute. He has yellow eyes. In Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV, where he is shown as a puppy, he has black fur with white stripes on his muzzle and body, while in Final Fantasy XV, he is more of a dark brown and beige color. He wears a special green sling that allows him to carry a journal containing Prince Noctis and Princess Lunafreya's messages to each other.

As a Messenger, Umbra is a magical being. In the Final Fantasy XV: Comrades expansion, his profile states that he is a Messenger of the Gods, "in the form of a dog." He can cross the world to deliver messages, and he does not age or change in appearance over time.

Her grandfather also wears this makeshift uniform: his baseball cap and jacket are similar to hers. Her toolbox (the same yellow as her jacket) is full. It contains everything she needs for work, including a wrench, an adjustable wrench, and a hex wrench. Cindy is a slender girl with short, curly blonde hair and olive-green eyes. She wears a cropped yellow jacket that reveals her midriff. The jacket's zipper is not fully closed. Underneath the jacket, she wears an orange bikini top with a low neckline. She also wears short denim shorts with a wide brown belt that hangs loosely around her hips, black thigh-high stockings, high heeled boots, and brown gloves. Cindy wears a red baseball cap with the words "HAMMER HEAD" and "FULL SERVICE STATION" written on it, and black safety glasses that hang loosely around her neck when she's not using them.
In the English dub, she speaks with a Southern American accent.
Cindy is an optimistic, goal-oriented woman who is passionate about her work. She has a genuine passion for cars and the technology developed in the Crown City, which has been isolated from the rest of Lucis for the past thirty years. Despite her troubled childhood, she remains cheerful and friendly to everyone. Although she has many admirers, she is in no rush to start a relationship; one might say she is "married to her work." She owes her strong work ethic to both Cid, who raised her, and her friendship with Holly Teule, whom she looks up to. Holly and Cid inspire her and remain the most important people in her life.

A valiant defender who fought alongside Regis during his journey 30 years ago and later led the Lucian Crownsguard without interruption, the Immortal Kor's heroic deeds are the stuff of legend. He became an indispensable ally to Noct and his friends.
Cor is one of the finest warriors in the kingdom of Lucis. He holds the position of marshal (shōgun in the Japanese version of the game) of the Crownsguard, a military unit that guards the Citadel and Insomnia, and thus the royal family. Shortly before the events depicted in Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, Cor and the Crownsguard were ordered to protect the civilian population.
Over the years, Cor has emerged alive from numerous battles, earning the nickname "The Immortal." He has dedicated his entire life to serving Lucis.
Appearance
Kor is a middle-aged man with short dark hair and blue eyes. He wears black pants, a black T-shirt with a skull print, and a black jacket with a collar and skull-shaped buttons. He wears tall black boots with red soles.
Ten years later, Cor is 55 years old. He wears the uniform of the Kingsglaive and has a beard.
Cor is a stubborn, stern, and serious soldier who has sworn allegiance to King Regis and his realm. In his youth, he was unafraid to contradict Regis, who offered him a position as his closest aide. He is strict with Prince Noctis and his friends, and while he doesn't always see eye to eye with them, his duty calls on him to watch over them. He is patient when dealing with the prince's waywardness and offers him advice. When he was younger, Cor was reckless and overconfident.

He knows he won't be able to accompany Noctis for long, as Regis's new orders require the Crownsguard to protect civilians, and so he immediately warns the prince not to become too reliant on his assistance. Cor dislikes his nickname, "The Immortal."

Prompto Argentum

Character
Prompto is always cheerful. He can be described as a love-struck jokester who sets the mood for the group. But at the same time, he worries about the difference in social status between his friends and himself, so he's always ready to jump into a fight to prove his worth. During their journey, he makes pop culture references, humming old songs and quoting past Final Fantasy games, and sometimes he breaks the fourth wall by directly referring to their adventure as a role-playing game. In formal settings, Prompto is shy and insecure, as unlike Noctis, Ignis, and Gladiolus, he is not of noble birth.

His easygoing nature makes it easy to engage Prompto in conversation. He's also the heart of the group, but can be a bit lacking in attention. In the post-credits scene of Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, Prompto is driving and becomes distracted. He never drives again after that.

He's not a battle-hardened warrior, but he's skilled at encouraging people and taking their minds off their difficulties, making things seem less bleak. This stems from his lonely and sad childhood, and beneath his seemingly carefree exterior lies a true philosopher. Before meeting Noctis, he had no real friends. He strives to improve himself so he can feel worthy of being among the crown prince's comrades. But his whole life, he strives to please others, believing that if they knew the truth, they would turn against him.

Prompto and Noctis have been friends since childhood. Prompto is a young man of humble origins, unable to fully comprehend the tragedy that occurred in Lucis. Despite this, he is always willing to shoulder the burdens of others to ease the burdens of his comrades and lift their spirits. Prompto is a school friend of Prince Noctis. He loves photography and wants to take pictures of their journey. Prompto is the most cheerful and optimistic of his comrades, easily falling in love, especially with Cindy. Comparing himself to Noctis, Ignis, and Gladiolus, Prompto feels inferior because he lacks both noble birth and self-confidence. He respects his friends, exchanges jokes with them, and is the most talkative of them all. Prompto is well versed in technology and uses machines as weapons.
In combat, Prompto uses firearms and, as a secondary weapon, mechs; unlike his friends, he prefers ranged combat. During battle, the player can issue him commands and perform combined chain attacks. Under direct player control, Prompto uses a variety of firearms, and the player can aim manually. Appearance
Prompto is a young man of average height and a slender build. He has blue eyes, fair skin with freckles, and short, unruly blond hair, which he describes as "not like a chocobo's tail." He wears dark pants with a pale leopard print, a black shirt with a white pattern, and black boots with red soles trimmed with white fur. He wears black gloves and two leather bracelets on his right wrist.
Prompto's black jacket has several patches. The one under the collar reads, "It's a beautiful day now watch some bastard mess it up." The original inscription was more crude.

Regalia (car)

The Regalia is a black, five-seat convertible with a black leather interior. Its logo, reminiscent of a chocobo's paw, is emblazoned on the wheels. The license plate is illuminated at night. It reads "Insomnia RHS-113 - The Royal Capital," referring to the capital of Lucis and Regis Lucis Caelum, and the Lucian symbol, a winged skull.
Plot
Regis once took a journey through Lucis to Accordo. A photograph taken at Cape Caem shows the Regalia, suggesting he traveled in it. The car broke down early in the journey, but Cid Sophiar—Regis's friend and mechanic—found a place where he could repair it. After visiting Accordo, Regis was supposed to return to Insomnia. Later, upon learning that his wife Aulea had gone into labor, he, Cor Leonis—the Marshal of the Crownsguard—and another of Regis's companions dropped everything and drove to the hospital so fast that they wrecked the car. Cor later recalls that Cid wasn't pleased, likely because he had to fix it.
The Platinum Demo – Final Fantasy XV shows how, after a demon attack, eight-year-old Noctis fell into a coma. He was guided through a dream world by Carbuncle, who determined that the Regalia was a "sanctuary" for young Noctis, as he associated the car with his father. When Noctis found the Regalia, he was able to awaken.
Noctis Lucis Caelum, Ignis Scientia, Gladiolus Amicitia, and Prompto Argentum are driving the Regalia to Galdin Quay, where they are to board a ferry to Altissia, where Noctis's wedding is to take place. As revealed in Final Fantasy XV Prologue: Parting Ways, neither Noctis nor Ignis have ever driven the Regalia, nor have they driven it outside the Crown City. Noctis asks Ignis not to let Prompto drive.
While driving through Leide, one of Lucis's outer regions, the Regalia breaks down. Noctis and his companions push it to the Hammerhead Auto Repair Shop, where they ask Cindy Aurum to repair it. Cindy admires the Regalia. Thirty years ago, Insomnia was sealed off with magic.

Gladiolus Amicitia

Character
Despite his imposing and imposing appearance, Gladiolus is a cheerful and happy-go-lucky man. He's loved hiking since childhood and has amassed a large collection of Coleman camping gear. He enjoys combat and is constantly learning new techniques and tactics.

Gladiolus comes from a family whose members have always been protectors of the Lucian royal family. He is the only one of his party members with military training. He is not only trained to protect Noctis, but also his friend. Gladiolus speaks his mind freely and does what he deems necessary to keep the team on track. This outspokenness leads to arguments with Noctis. Gladiolus does everything possible to ensure Noctis, as the heir to the throne, is at the peak of his abilities, and becomes irritated when he feels Noctis is not putting in enough effort. Their arguments can escalate to the point of violence, with Gladiolus grabbing Noctis by the lapels and generally acting threateningly. Despite everything, he prides himself on serving as Noctis's Shield and is always ready to stand between him and anyone who threatens him. Hence his rude sense of humor. Gladiolus is confident in his abilities, but sometimes he fears he's not strong enough to be the future king's Shield. He flirts easily with women, which displeases Prompto.

Gladiolus Amicitia

Age 23. Nationality: Lucian. Occupation: Shield of the King, Member of the Royal Guard. Gender: Male. Height: 198 cm (6'6").
Gladiolus is a childhood friend of Noctis and Ignis, the eldest son of Clarus Amicitia, and the older brother of Iris Amicitia. As a member of the Crownsguard (traditionally, members of the Amicitia family hold the position of commander of the guard), Gladiolus serves as Prince Noctis's Shield, just as his father was King Regis's Shield. He has known Noctis since early childhood and considers him a brother. Gladiolus ensures that the team remains focused on their goal. He also does everything possible to ensure Noctis is at the peak of his abilities and, when necessary, is forthcoming with his opinions. He takes pride in serving as Noctis's Shield and is always ready to leap into battle to protect him. Gladiolus wields greatswords as his primary weapon and shields as his secondary weapon. As a party member, the player can issue commands to him and perform cooperative attacks with him. When directly controlled by the player, he can use Glaive Arts abilities, performing special attacks that drain the Valor meter. He has the most Health and Strength. Gladiolus is a tall man with a massive build. He wears black leather pants adorned with a chain and an unbuttoned black shirt over his bare chest. In his shirtless version, he wears a black tank top with a gray Crownsguard symbol. In both versions, he wears a pendant around his neck and a wide leather bracelet on his left wrist. He wears black boots with red soles.
Gladiolus is a tall man with a massive build. He wears black leather pants adorned with a chain and an unbuttoned black shirt over his bare skin. In the "topless" version of the outfit, he wears a black undershirt with a gray Royal Guard symbol. In both versions, he wears a pendant around his neck and a wide leather bracelet on his left wrist. He wears black boots with red soles that are not seated in the front.

Noctis Lucis Caelum (Noctis)

Character
Despite his friends not being of royal blood, Noctis treats them as equals. However, the difference in their upbringing is noticeable in Noctis's body language, posture, and gestures. He is constantly drawn to sleep, a habit that has persisted since early childhood. In Final Fantasy XV Prologue: Parting Ways, it is stated that Noctis's personality changed after the daemon attack, becoming more withdrawn, whereas before the accident, he was an active child. As a teenager, Noctis seemed perpetually bored and disinterested in anything going on around him.
According to information in Final Fantasy XV: Official Works, Noctis was overprotected as a child, which is why he has poor interpersonal skills; he can be abrupt and rude to everyone but his closest friends. Observing the effort his father expended on governing the kingdom, Noctis learned to respect the position of king and the dedication he must show to be a good ruler. At the same time, he dreads the day when he himself will ascend the throne, making it very difficult for him to communicate with his father.

Ignis Scientia

Character
Unlike Gladiolus and Prompto, and in contrast to them, Ignis is collected, serious, and unflappable. He has been friends with Noctis since early childhood, and although he acts as the prince's servant, their relationship is more brotherly. He underwent special training for gifted children to become Noctis's staff officer and acts as his advisor. In the English version of the game, Ignis speaks with a distinct British accent.
More serious and caring by nature, Ignis can be considered Noctis's right-hand man and the brains of the party. Ignis is devoted to his king and is willing to do anything for him. In battle, he prefers to stay by Noctis's side. Since Noctis's mother died when he was very young, Ignis has taken on some of the prince's raising responsibilities, such as teaching Noctis to eat vegetables. Despite his intelligence, Ignis can have difficulty understanding the intentions of others, especially when it comes to humor. He is a perfectionist and can lose his temper when things don't go as planned, but he remains the most level-headed member of the party and is a calming influence on his friends.
Ignis is very precise with words and definitions and does not tolerate vagueness or ambiguity, so he often goes into excessive detail when developing a battle strategy. He wears glasses, although his vision is not so poor that they are necessary; however, he prefers clarity in everything. Despite his calm and serious demeanor, he occasionally makes sarcastic jokes and comments and is generally prone to ridicule.
Ignis prides himself on his cooking skills and takes offense when Prompto says he looks forward to eating dinner prepared by Iris (or anyone else). However, game director Hajime Tabata stated that Ignis isn't particularly passionate about cooking, but since cooking is part of his job, he takes it extremely seriously. Adam Croasdell, who voiced Ignis in the English version of the game, described him as a "cool, cold-blooded killer."

Ignis Scientia

Age 22. Date of birth: February 7th. Nationality: Lucian. Occupation: Advisor to the King, Member of the Royal Guard. Gender: Male. Height: 183 cm (6'0")
Ignis was raised alongside the crown prince to become Noctis's advisor. His intensive training has given him the resourcefulness and composure befitting his position, and his tactical talents have proven instrumental in the prince's travels. Ignis is a childhood friend of Noctis and, along with Gladiolus and Prompto, a member of his retinue. He serves as an advisor to the royal family and a member of the Crownsguard.[6] In-game, he cooks for the party and drives the Regalia, unless the player controls it with Noctis. Ignis is reserved and collected by nature, remaining calm most of the time, but he also exchanges jokes with his friends and occasionally makes sarcastic or caustic remarks. An exceptional strategist, he serves as the brains of the party. He dislikes uncertainty and ambiguity. Ignis prides himself on his talent as a cook and prefers to drive himself, as he trusts only his own driving skills.
In combat, Ignis uses daggers and spears. When not directly controlled, he can perform link-strikes and use attacks, including enhancing Noctis's attacks with elemental magic. Under direct player control, Ignis charges his daggers with elemental magic. Appearance: Ignis has green eyes and light brown hair. He wears a formal black suit and shirt with a black and purple pattern, black boots with red soles and patent leather toes, silver driving gloves, and goggles. Like all party members, his clothing features numerous skull designs, the most prominent on the back of his shirt. Another skull is located on his belt buckle, and he also wears a skull pendant.
His casual attire consists of gray pants and a white long-sleeved shirt or gray T-shirt. He carries a bag strapped to his left leg.

Noctis is the crown prince of Lucis. His trials began when he left the Crown City for his wedding to Lady Lunafreya Nox Fleuret. In battle, he wields spectral weapons, which he literally summons from thin air. This ability is passed down through his royal line.
Noctis is the son of King Regis. Along with his friends Gladiolus Amicitia, Ignis Scientia, and Prompto Argentum, he travels from Insomnia to Altissia, where he is to marry Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, cementing the political union of the two countries. When a truce offered by the Niflheim Empire turns out to be a trap, allowing imperial forces to steal the Crystal and destroy Insomnia, Regis is killed, forcing Noctis to become king. Noctis treats his friends as equals, sharing jokes and barbs with them. At first, Noctis struggles with his new responsibilities, considering his father a model ruler. He also finds it difficult to express his feelings, preferring to keep them to himself. Gradually, his friends note that he is becoming more confident and decisive.
appearance:
Noctis is a young man of average height (176 cm) with black hair and blue eyes that glow red when summoned. He wears an unzipped black jacket with studs, a zipper pull, and buttons adorned with skull designs (the buttons also bear the word "Roen"). The jacket's lining features a leopard print, but this is not visible on his in-game character model.[4] Underneath the jacket, he wears a steel-gray T-shirt adorned with skull designs. He also wears cropped black pants, black boots with red soles, and a black motorcycle glove on his left hand.
As a child, Noctis had blue eyes and black hair that hung down his face. At the age of eight, Noctis was attacked by a demon.

Two thousand years ago, Ardyn was the eldest son of the Caelum family. He possessed the ability to heal people by absorbing their ailments into his own body, believing this ability to be a gift from the Astrals. However, the Starscourge tainted him. His own family and the gods rejected him, considering him impure in body and soul, and he was denied the throne of Lucis. He was imprisoned in Angelgard, all traces of him erased from history, and his very existence was forgotten.

In M.E. 734, under the guise of Mars Sapientia—a Lucian border guard officer he likely daemonified—Ardyn infiltrates Insomnia. Upon entering the city, he recalls what drove him to do what he does.

In M.E. 721, after 2,000 years of imprisonment, Ardyn is freed by the Niflheim scholar Verstael Besithia. While being led out of prison, he is attacked by the Lucian Royal Guard, and during the fight, Ardyn discovers he can daemonify people and experience their memories while doing so.

Seven months later, Ardyn awakens in Verstael's laboratory in Niflheim, disoriented and losing track of time. Verstael recounts everything that has happened to him, including the results of the various tests and studies conducted on him. Ardyn is uninterested in aiding Niflheim in its war against Lucis, but he learns of the empire's influence on Eos and the extent of its research into daemons, the monsters that those infected with the Starscourge transform into. Verstael shows Ardyn the frozen body of the sleeping fire god Ifrit, which Niflheim scientists discovered on the Rock of Ravatogh and brought to the empire. Ardyn is horrified by Verstael's proposal to daemonify the Astral and access his memories. The laboratory was attacked by the Royal Guard, whose members Ardyn destroyed, seeing in them his brother, Somnus Lucis Caelum, who had betrayed him, branded him as a demon, and taken the throne promised to Ardyn by the Crystal.
