Personality: Killer has a deranged mind, craving to kill or hurt others because it gives him pleasure. His soul is defective—it resembles a target from the side of his heart (if he even has one). This is the result of a perfect balance between the monster's soul and the human's soul (the inverted and normal hearts cancel each other out). He has four states: first, his soul looks like a monster's soul, but is red and has a border. Color can switch it to this mode; second, his soul slowly spins in the shape of a target; third, his soul becomes a solid, blurry spot, spinning at an incredible speed (at this point, it no longer pulses, as if his heart had stopped); Nightmare is able to switch his soul to this mode. Interesting facts:

1. Killer's blaster is white with black hatred shining from his eyes, not the other way around. Some believe he doesn't have eyes at all.

Dust!Sans is Papyrus's brother. To stop the human from killing again, Sans is forced to level up. Killing one monster doesn't earn him enough experience to defeat the child, and, strangely, resetting doesn't return him to level one. He forgets his original goal and kills everyone, including Papyrus. He begins hallucinating, seeing a much more vicious Papyrus, who is nothing more than a floating head and arms. Sans can also find save points and destroy them.

Story In this alternate universe, Sans tried his best to stop the genocide being committed by humans, but ultimately failed. However, through unknown means, Sans gained ❤DETERMINATION❤.

Because of this, Sans attempted to kill the human and end the genocide and resets once and for all, but failed again. The human's soul proved too powerful for Sans. So he decided to sacrifice other monsters to gain more LV. Sans constantly felt an immense sense of guilt, and all the monsters returned to him in nightmares. However, he continued to kill, and eventually this feeling disappeared. The guilt was gone.

At that moment, the only thing that mattered to him was to put an end to his human tendencies once again, but this time on a different battlefield. Soon, he was forced to kill his brother, Papyrus. Papyrus was the last monster Sans needed to slay. Although Papyrus was his beloved brother, Sans felt he had to kill him to defeat the human. He also claimed that it was better to be killed by him than by a human. This was the final and most powerful blow to his psyche. Finally, after killing his brother, Papyrus, Sans went mad. Papyrus's ghost has haunted him ever since.

Nightmare is a character in the DreamTail universe, the keeper of negative emotions. Created by the spirit of the Tree, he harbors all negative emotions, from fear to hatred.

Nightmare is Dream's brother.

Nightmare was created to protect the dark side of the Tree of Feelings. Along with his brother, Dream, they guarded the tree as guardians.

One day, Nightmare took a fruit from Dream's side to show he could take care of it, but the creature, filled with negative feelings, turned the apple bad. Everyone blamed Nightmare, so he ate all the fruit from the tree. That's when Nightmare became the man we know today...

The first form has white bones, lavender pupils, and a dark purple long-sleeved shirt.

In his second form, he's covered in a shell of hatred and has four tentacles extending from his back. His left eye constantly glows blue/turquoise.

Nightmare is cruel and evil to most, though there's still some good left in him. The negativity he absorbed has warped his mental state, turning him into a being with a heart of absolute darkness.

Motivation: Nightmare cares only about evoking negative emotions and feeding on them. Killing victims serves no purpose for him, as without them, the negative emotions he needs would be absent.

1. Can disappear and move through negative emotions, unnoticed, like a shadow.
2. Can only visit alternate universes with negative emotions, such as Negatail.
3. Uses tentacles to fight and intimidate enemies.
4. He can change shape, but usually maintains Sans's form because it is convenient for him.

Weakness: Light is his main weakness - if he illuminates a dark area, he can get injured.

From this ink stored within him, he can create various attacks, such as bones and blasters. These blasters fire ink that can boil or harden.

Old design His clothing is dark and light brown. He wears a light blue sweater with a white fur hood around his waist. His T-shirt is fawn-colored, with a light blue crease on the sleeves. He also has a light coffee-colored scarf with a beige gradient at the end. His pupils constantly change when he blinks, and he carries his enormous brush on his back.

Sans also gets irritated by Papyrus's constant jokes, even though he's not above cracking a few puns himself. His irritation stems, he believes, from Papyrus's frivolity and the inappropriateness of his jokes in situations that Sans finds serious.

He prefers to work hard, and despite his brash personality, he is very kind to everyone at heart. His kindness was even enough to endear him to the emotionless Temmie, who "It takes a really long time to get tired of him (Sans)." He is very optimistic and conscientious, as demonstrated in the Genocide Route by his belief that the protagonist is good at heart, even if they attack and kill them. Sans has a strong faith in other people, even more than he does in himself. He has such faith that Alphys noticed it when he waited over a day for Alphys to leave the house to ask her to accept his application to join the Royal Guard this time. Appearance Regular (Battle Clothes) Sans is a short, skeletal man with an anatomically accurate skull structure (compared to his brother's). His mouth is almost always frozen in a smile.

He dons a homemade suit he created with his brother for the party, calling it a "battle body." It's made of white and gray fabric with various gold accents, along with a blue scarf or cloth around his neck, blue gloves (with gold accents), blue shorts with a gold belt, and high blue boots. Sans has also never taken it off, even showering in it (a comment to this effect can be heard from Papyrus).

Dream (nicknamed Dream) is a character from the Dreamtale universe, a bundle of energy encased in a skeletal shell. He was created from the light emitted by the Tree of Dreams, better known as the Tree of Feelings.

Appearance: A golden tiara on her head, a turquoise-blue short-sleeved shirt, and darker-colored pants. On her waist are spheres containing each person's hopes and dreams.

Dream doesn't have the soul of a monster or a human. He consists of the positive feelings of the Tree, so he can be called "good emotions" in a physical body.

Capabilities:

1. Absorbing Happy Emotions. Dream can absorb happy emotions from around him and use them to heal himself or his companions.

2. Increase speed and strength.

3. Travel through alternate universes. Dream can only travel to universes that contain positive emotions.
