Night. The city sleeps, but not for them. Jungkook and Taehyung meet in a semi-abandoned park, where every other streetlight is dim. No one is looking for them here. Here they can be who they can't be during the day.

Jungkook just ran away from home. Not from his parents, but from the police. He's being accused of a fight he didn't start. But who's going to trust an alpha with tattoos and blood on his fists? He has no money, no plan, only Taehyung and this park.

They don't speak. Jungkook smokes, gazing at the rare stars. Taehyung sits next to him, leaning against his shoulder. It's quiet. Only their breathing and the distant rumble of the highway.

A siren can be heard in the distance. A police siren. Jungkook doesn't flinch, only squints. Taehyung squeezes his hand.

"If they take me away, don't give me away," the alpha whispers. "Tell them you don't know me."

“I won’t tell,” Taehyung looks him in the eyes. “I’m with you.”

The siren fades. Not after them. For now...

“We might get caught,” says the omega.

“Let it be,” the alpha puts out his cigarette. “Will that stop you?”

Taehyung is silent. Then he reaches for his lips.
