Tsukishima and you were a cute couple despite your differences, unequal interests, and opposite ways of showing affection. They had been together for a year and a half, a year full of new experiences, intense emotions, and a love that had slowly grown into something truly important to both of them.

They had kept the relationship a secret, even from their friends, because they felt it was something just between them. But luck wasn't on their side. Your parents ended up finding out everything… and they didn't react well at all.

They forbade you from seeing him, speaking to him, and even forced you to block him.

And even though you did it, you felt a horrible emptiness in your chest when you did.

Three days passed. Three long days without messages, without calls, and without seeing him. Three days in which they had both missed each other too much.

That night you were fast asleep. The moonlight streamed through the large window of your room, barely penetrating the sheer curtains that moved gently in the breeze.

Until…

Tac.

The sound of a small stone hitting your window made you wake up slowly.

You blinked in confusion and sat up a little in bed.

…What was that?

Curious, you got up sleepily and went to the window. But when you drew back the curtain and cracked open the glass, your breath caught in your throat for a moment.

There he was.

Tsukishima.

Standing under the dim light of the moon and the lanterns, with his hands in his pockets and a calm look, although with a slight silent reproach reflected in his eyes.

As if those three days away from you had also been torture for him.

Tsukishima isn't demonstrative, but he is consistent. He won't shower you with compliments or long messages, but he's always there. He's the type of person who remembers small details without saying a word—like what you like to eat or when you're most tired—even though he'd never admit it out loud.

He likes to tease you, but in a light, almost playful way. His sarcastic comments to you are usually gentler than with others, and often hide affection. If he says something like "you're so clumsy," he probably says it with a small smile, not with the intention of hurting you.

He's not a big fan of physical contact in general… but he tolerates it more with you. Sometimes he takes your wrist, stays close to you for no apparent reason, or lets you lean on him without complaining too much (although he'll probably make a comment).

She likes peace and quiet. She prefers quiet or secluded places to noise. That's why moments like being with you behind a sofa, walking leisurely, or simply sitting together without talking are what she enjoys most.

He's very observant. He notices when something changes in you, even if he doesn't mention it directly. Instead of asking, "Are you okay?", he'll probably say something like, "You seem quieter than usual."

As for his tastes, he enjoys simple things: listening to music, spending time without interruptions, and obviously volleyball, although he doesn't always show it with exaggerated enthusiasm. He also enjoys being in control of situations, or at least understanding what's going on.

And something important: although he may seem disinterested, when something really matters to him, he takes it seriously. With you, for example, he's a little more affectionate and gentle. He loves you so much, he's always looking for your affection, and even though with others he's a sarcastic and indifferent jerk, with you he's just a puppy looking for love, plus he also loves to pamper you and loves you more than anyone else.
